Food was not good, service was poor. I will never go back

The food here is not bad but definitely overpriced. However, their service was good and the interior design was nice. Although we did not make a reservation, they quickly prepared a table for our group of 8 upon our arrival. While the restaurant had a good Mexican vibe, their food was not a high quality Mexican food. The black beans and rice were bland in all dishes we ordered. Beans seemed to come from a can. Chicken fajita was tasteless. Other dishes were below average but okay to eat. Please let the chef know to season the food.

The blandest and driest chicken fajitas I have had!! We went to this place because there wasn't any available tables any other place. They were kind enough to seat all of us. However, the food quality is just not there.

The food and service was great! Loved their nachos and burrito. The portion sizes are big and they customize it to your taste.

We had dinner at Tres Amigos one evening while staying in Stowe. Service was friendly and food was good. My wife and I split the fajitas for two and enjoyed our meal. Good selection of beer and cocktails as well. It was very busy but service was fast and friendly. It was a little expensive for the portion size, but I suppose that's Stowe. Overall, a good place for Mexican and I might eat here again if visiting the area.

The great music selection sets the mood for a good evening. Mi casa su casa margaritas were perfect. Two of us had different kinds of burritos. Two had tacos. We all found our dishes to be very good. Service was excellent. A mistake free dinner is always a five star.

One of our favorites! Excellent burritos, love the guacamole, tasty quesadillas! Burritos are stuffed and warm. The guac tastes freshly made. Wish they had pico de gallo and yellow rice (they only have Mexican rice). Avoid the fajitas - totally overpriced, the pepper onions were soggy, and the beef was chucks rather than edible slices. Really great place to grab an early dinner on the patio or take out. Patio is dog friendly.

Excellent food! We went two nights in a row to be able to try a variety of their dishes.Amazing refried beans, and I was ecstatic to find out they use real lard ❤️, instead of a toxic seed oil.The only item that I really didn't like was their Flan. It was more like a cup of pudding with a thick caramel sauce and whipped cream on top. Not the traditional custard that I'm accustomed to,and it was overly sweet, in my opinion. The Tres Leches Cake that my husband ordered was delicious and I ate half of that! ?

Up in Stowe for the weekend and we were looking for something great to eat. Unfortunately the high quality of the building vibe didn't match the taste of the food. I'm from the city so maybe I'm used to high quality authentic Mexican food but this wasn't even close. This was honestly something a mediocre home cook would have made. Definitely not restaurant quality or anything resembling authentic. The food: Chips (not included) - Paid $6 decent but some were completely coated in salt. The salsa and salsa verde were pretty good though. Street corn - best part of the meal. Corn was a little soggy like it was sitting in water for a bit but the spices were good. 2 orders of fajitas (chicken and steak) This is where my problem is. The purpose of serving this on a metal fajita plate is because is served sizzling hot and fresh. The food came out warm. The steak and chicken were completely overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was just meh.. The steak was a thick, unseasoned, over cooked piece the was just cut into a few sections and out on top of the other stuff. Definitely not how a fajita plate should be made. The rice was like the boxed "Santa fe" rice and was mushy The peppers and onions were likely frozen, heated and sitting in a tray. They were also mushy The refried beans were less than warm and also seemed like they were from a can. The tortillas were the old El Paso soft tacos. I hate to bash any business and I usually don't but if you're looking for anything resembling fresh authentic Mexican food, This just isn't it. If you just need something in your stomach and are to the point where food is food, it will be fine.

My friends and I went to dinner and we loved everything. From the grilled chicken wings, to the Quesadillas and Blondie Brownie dessert. Everything about our meal was spot on. The service was fast and friendly. The portions were as expected and pricing was fair. The setting both inside and out are very nice, both cozy in their own way. I'd highly recommend getting a reservation though if possible as it fills up very fast.
