Very tasty and inventive food, including, wonderous perfectly wood fired pizza, as an option to their well thought out entrees.
Start out with a high end cocktail, then choose one of their fab appetizers or fresh and tasty PEI oysters, and go fron there!
Attentive and pleasant service, in an airy, nicely designed, well lit and comfy barn setting.
We have already decided that it high on our destination list after the second meal there.

This is our favorite restaurant in southern Vermont! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. You can't go wrong. Bonus: They are kid friendly! There's a field next to the restaurant where they can run around and visit the farm alpacas.

My husband and I dined here last weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We chose to spend it at Hill Farm (hotel and restaurant). When making the resy reservation it asked what we are celebrating to which I chose anniversary and then gave more detail in the notes section. This was never acknowledged by the restaurant, not even verbally. Resy then asked for my feedback- to which the I know the restaurant receives- and no one reached out to acknowledge my feedback/disappointment. This says a lot about their customer service.

The food was very good but the dessert was awful- we got the baklava- and it was dried out, not sweet at all, and burnt. Should not have been served.

We were the only ones sitting at the chefs counter and not once did a server nor the chef ask how dishes or meal was going. Overall, the meal was good except the dessert and we felt there was no attention to detail or service. For the prices the restaurant is charging, they should be better. We were left disappointed from the experience. There are plenty of other great restaurants in Manchester just up the road.

I came here for the first time for a birthday party. This restaurant has amazing views. The building is gorgeous. The food we had was fantastic. All farm to table. I can't wait to go back!

Came to celebrate a special occasion, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate, and were very kind and welcoming. Every single dish was uniquely curated, and absolutely incredible. Drinks were also fantastic. Will be recommending to all and returning soon!

Also, when we parked we were given the warmest greeting by the sweetest farm cat ever.

We cannot recommend The Restaurant at Hill Farm highly enough. We spent a spectacular evening celebrating our anniversary enjoying small plates, wood-fired pizzas, and tagliatelle. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is beyond charming. If you’re looking for a sophisticated yet wholesome night out within a short drive from Manchester, come here and don’t second guess.
