worse customer service I have ever seen at a Dunkins. treated poorly, waited half hour for something that was sitting on the counter behind 5 other bags, so not only was it cold it wasn't what I ordered... never again

The best Dunkin in the area. The wait is sometimes longer than the other ones in the area but ive never had an issue with the quality of the food/drink. Im more than happy to wait longer to get better food.

Went there today after ordering doordash, my order had food in it which I received. Tried to order avocado toast at the counter and was told they weren’t making food. Mind you I had gotten food already and they were making other people food. The people who work here are miserable.

Stopped at the drive thru and was told to wait a minute. I ended up sitting there for a good 10-15 mins or so with no follow-up. It wasn’t busy, there were maybe a couple cars in the parking lot. The people in line behind me ended up backing out and driving away, and the people in front of me (again, not a long line) were sitting there indefinitely. I ended up turning around and leaving. They don’t seem to have their staff organized well.
Wish you can assign a 0 or - n stars. Terrible experience and Worst customer service ever at a Dunkin'. They messed up one of the my orders. When asked to fix it, the person, who turned out to be the manager, refused to fix it and yelled at me to leave. The other manger (claimed to be at least) did nothing about it when asked. 07/06/24: I ordered an egg and cheese on multigrain bagel. I got it on a plain bagel. Easy fix. However, the reaction was aggressive and disappointing. Miserable people working there and honestly pathetic.

You would think one Dunkin is just as good as the other. They may have the same drinks, and the same Donuts. But what sets the swanton VT store out front of the others is the staff. Karen, Matt and all the crew are awesome at doing what they do. 5 stars each and every time.. Keep up the great work team. You are appreciated !

Whoever works the drive thru in Swanton really needs to get a personality! Shes rude, she never smiles, she never is in a good mood, I ALWAYS Have to ask for napkins. Over all she should not be in customer service!! Savanah? Skylar? Something like that. Shes plain AWFUL!!

Sometimes it's ok, and sometimes it's disappointing. The last time I went and ordered something being the latter. I ordered a frozen coffee, same exact one as my partner. When I took a sip of mine it had a very strong, sour taste - like expired milk. However my partner's frozen coffee was fine, zero sour taste. He tried mine and also definitely tasted the sour, offputting flavor. I ended up throwing it away later. I miss the coffee coolattas so much too.?
