This is by far the worst service at a dunkin' i have ever seen! We placed a mobile order at 7:20 am and didn't receive the coffees (2) until 8:03 am. The manager is a cranky and mean older woman that treats the staff like garbage and is rude to customers. I will never go to this location again and I am going to spread the word about this location. Do better and get a manager that can handle being in customer service!

Disgusting customer service. Keep driving down the road for a different Dunkin or go anywhere else in general. Was served by a girl with a septum piercing and a nasty attitude. It's unfortunate but I won't be supporting this Dunkin anymore until they fix their staff.

Terrible customer service and will disrespect you if they suspect you are a Canadian. The lady cashier with the septum ring spoke about my party’s dissatisfaction to another customer which lead to an altercation in the parking lot. The cashier fostered a threatening environment where a local customer harassed us in the parking lot and racially profiled someone in my party. Aside from the disappointing service and food, we felt very unwelcome. Do better with your employees Dunkin!

I’m not generally a person to write reviews or ask to speak to managers but today while I was in the Swanton Dunkin I ordered two hot chocolates and a bagel with cream cheese. Not a hard order and I understand that I’ll get my order in the line it was received. I waited less than 5 minutes for our hot chocolates and that was wonderful. Then waited a few more minutes before asking an employee walking through how long on the food we ordered. Her response was sarcastic telling me that it’s “probably right there being made I’m not gonna lie” while chewing her own food. My boyfriend standing next to me was beyond himself and began walking out due to the disrespect. Overall I would think standards would be set in place for these types of things because everyone deserves a break but to speak to costumers with their mouths full is absolutely disgusting.

Im so done with this location. Almost every visit I have some kind of problem. Today they had a guy working on the drive through screen and they had a sign on it but it wasn't taped up properly so the wind was blowing it and I couldnt read it. I assumed it said the order screen wasnt working and I drove through (because a dude was doing maintenance on it. Usually you have to power down things you're workint on). The girl at the window was SO rude to me for no reason. I tried to explain the paper was blown so I couldn't read it. Apparently it actually said to say hello because their head sets aren't working? Okay then tape the sign up better and don't be nasty to customers about it. Thats not the first time I've dealt with a snooty employee here. This location's management and employees are so horrible we really need a better coffee location.

Music was blasting when we walked in.Had to ask the desk guy to lower twice just so I could hear him. 6 of them in there and only 2 working. Get our coffee get down the road and the coffee is warm. We have never had any luck stopping at that particular coffee shop.

sat there for 20 minutes just for two coffees and one refreshing, i would get it if it was busy but it wasn’t and they took forever and they didn’t get the coffees right.
we went through the drive through and the employee was immediately extremely rude. we politely ordered and she was snappy and unprofessional. i understand working customer service is not fun but this was unacceptable. i never write reviews but this experience warranted a negative review. she didn’t have a nametag or i would share her name. very disappointed

Avoid the Dunkin’ in Swanton, Vermont — Terrible Mobile Order Experience
I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer and regularly use the mobile app to order ahead. Sometimes I visit this location, and other times I stop closer to Burlington. After today, I won’t be returning to the Swanton location.
I placed a mobile order at 7:37 AM and paid nearly $8 for a colada and hash browns. The app clearly confirmed the order with a message at the top of the screen saying, “Thank you. Your order will be ready shortly.” Despite this, when I arrived, the staff claimed there was no order—completely ignoring the confirmation.
I even pointed out the message at the top of the screen, showing that the order was placed and paid for, but they chose to focus on the price shown further down and insisted that meant it hadn’t been paid. Not just one, but multiple employees argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
This experience was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

Dunkin donut never gets old. The donut is soft and light, with a good amount of toppings. The coffee flavour of the ice coffee is nicely blended in their drinks. The hash browns are simply the best ones!
