To try order two breakfast meals and an extra hash brown. All my food was undercooked and cold. All of it all the way down to the bacon on my breakfast sandwiches. We're pretty much raw. It's like staffier didn't even bother to put an effort into even make my breakfast correctly. Mcdonald's is going downhill. And I think they're used to be 3 pieces of bacon on a breakfast Sandwich and now there's only 2.

Took forever for anyone to come on the drive thru to give them my mobile order code. Kid at the window threw my food bag at me, and then I had to go back inside because he didn’t add my fries. Basically sucked as an experience.

They offer curbside service but really slack on providing it took them 12 minutes from the time that the app said the food was on the way out to me until it actually got there by then it was cold and to top it all off I had to go in and wait another 6 minutes to get a fork because they didn't put one in the bag

Very disappointed with my service at the drive through was told to wait waited ten minutes. Then asked if we could order was told to hold on again. Asked why we are still waiting was told only two people are working. I don't know any place that can operate with two employees it was very disappointing and unprofessional from there staff if you can't meet the demand close the store.

You should change your name to “slow food” chain. It was not even busy and they took 30 minutes to prepare my order… and guess what? It was wrong! Absolutely the worst !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive thru you say, might as well go in. They constantly make cars pull ahead to meet their time quota to push people through the line. Pull ahead where? In the full parking spaces from people having to pull ahead. Where did first come first go. Fast food? Ha what a joke.
