My first experience with Missing Piece Bakery was a huge success and I 100% recommend! My daughter’s grinch theme baby shower was absolutely amazing due in part to the wonderful desserts that Jessica made for us! From the cake to the cake pops and cupcakes and cookies everything was incredible! I will definitely be returning for all of my cake and goodie needs! Came in today, they’re currently on a soft opening. Not too busy with I came in. Tables and chairs including a bench available for dine in. Not sure if they’re going to have an outdoor seating. Ordered 6 cupcake totaled about $16. Cupcakes were good and frosting was yummy! Staff were friendly and nice atmosphere. Cant wait to try their other sweets when it becomes available!

Birthday cakes fit for a queen (or wife lol) and milestone 1st birthdays for our little pumpkin. Every interaction has been, sweet, to say the least. omg I just got her cupcakes and I havent had such a good cupcake since I was young . from the creamy frosting to the moist cake. my husband came in with one of MY cupcakes hanging out of his mouth saying (WOW she can really bake...now that's a baker.) while his mouth was full of cake. I just hope she dont get sick of us as I'll be ordering all the time.
I have been lucky enough to enjoy many of Jess's sweet treats and they have all been delicious. But, for me, what makes her stand out is her creativity and precision! How DOES she get EVERY cookie perfect...? She uses lots of detail and yet, even when she is making 100 cookies each and every one looks amazing.
