Mother Hubbard's Bakery Deli

Ordered two subs last week. They were awesome so we ordered again today. We got everything that we asked not to get and didn’t get what we asked for. We asked for the sub rolls to be toasted. They put the whole subs in toaster. I have a veggies and cheese sub with no pickles, olives or jalapeño . The cheese is now part of the roll and hot veggies and mayo. My husband asked for roast beef and bacon lettuce onion and banana peppers. He got two slices roast beef 3 thin slices of bacon no lettuce and no onion. So very disappointed. I called and was told “ you bring them back and we will put on them whatever we missed. Sorry I couldn’t hear you well.” I repeated everything 2-3 times to prevent this. I usually ask to have the order repeated back to me but I could tell the person on the other end was getting impatient with me. So I asked if she had everything and was assured she did. What would I recommend about Mother Hubbard I would recommend directly to them. I am not trying to be mean, but it’s so disappointing to pay good money for service like this. This was our treat for this week.

Absolutely delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwich, loads of bacon, fresh not frozen egg, and perfectly sliced cheddar,
Plus an equally delicious chocolate chip cookie, I would give you 6 stars if I could! But give us the max, keep doing your thing you’ve a great business profile going.

I called n asked if I could have pumpkin pie n a maple cream pie made for me. They said yes. I picked them up Dec 21st, n we had some of each pie that night. The pumpkin was either a sweet potato pie or they left out key ingredients because it tasted awful. The maple cream pie was basically just a whip cream pie. The maple on the bottom was about the size of the pie crust n the rest was a huge amount of whip cream on top. I went back a few days later with the "pumpkin pie" to make a complaint n the nice young man behind the counter tóok the pie. The pie only had a few pieces taken from it. The young man took my name n number, n he said he'd have a manager call me. It's weeks later n no one ever called me back.

Traveling through the area I stopped here and ordered a large grinder (The Bada Bing). I had never been before and when I got my sub it was enormous! Delicious and very affordable I would recommend 10 times over!

Love this lil Local Country Store. They have really good sandwiches and soup, too!

My husband and I stopped to order a couple of sandwiches. The young woman wrote down our order and we waited. The sandwiches were two different sandwiches. We drove home and found both our orders were not made as we ordered. All the veggies he wanted were on mine and what I ordered was on his. Our bread was not even correct. I'm allergic to black olives which were on mine and thank God we both inspected them before biting into them. I asked for light mayo . There was so much I could barely hold the sub. How do you screw up both orders when you wrote them down? I've never had this happen here, they've always made good subs. This is not acceptable. The young blonde needs to pay closer attention or stay out of the deli.

Called in an order at 4:45 and asked to pick up at 5:30. They said it was no problem. Arrived to pick up and they acted like there was no order. Then sent us to the back of the line to order. Decided to leave and get something else. Awful service. Won’t be back.
