I am only reviewing the pizza, not the store itself.
I was really excited to find out there was local wood fired pizza, being a pizza nut I had to try it out. I always love finding new pizza.
My first recommendation, come early. If you get here any time after 6, the line is pretty long. Also, I had the unfortunate experience of having a pizza that was not quite cooked. I believe this happens because the oven was way overpacked (my first thought when I ordered)....

We were driving through the area when we realized we needed dinner so we stopped here. They had one thing on the menu, bacon cheeseburgers w/ roasted potatoes, which we took to go. It's small space and they focus on local producers, so I understand having a limited menu that changes daily. They also had a nice selection of packaged items to purchase. We had to reheat the meals by the time we stopped, but they were still delicious! A cozy café and a great way to showcase...
