What a little gem this bakery is, excellent customer service and delicious treats!

Betsy was welcoming, accommodating, kind and patient. Went for a quick bite on a drive home from elsewhere and stayed for quite a while. Food was great and environment was warm and cozy! We'll definitely be back.....

Awesome little cafe. The espresso was delicious and had great flavor. The highlight was the milk, the steaming was done to perfection with some of the best foam I have seen. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We booked Sweet Birch for our wedding this month. We got a small cutting cake and an assortment of desserts. Communication was great. The cake turned out exactly how I envisioned it, tasted even better! They even had options for my guest who were gluten free. Everything was so delicious. Highly recommend!

Look no further than Sweet Birch!! They were amazing. They brought my wedding cake vision and dessert station to life, they were so easy to communicate with and to work with. Everyone said the desserts and cake were the best they ever had. We did funfetti with raspberry filling. They are the best!

This place is such a gem. Sad we found it at the end of our trip but will definitely be back every visit. The bakery items, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches are so good! The service is great 😌. If you are in the area stop by this place you won’t be disappointed.

We have enjoyed Sweet Birch but recently have experienced definitely substandard coffee. Betsy’s coffee is always outstanding, but our experience with other baristas is a total failure. Baked goods are always of the highest quality. We no longer go to Sweet Birch for coffees without calling ahead to see what barista is on duty.

Sweet Birch prepared our wedding cake and cupcakes. Excellent communication up to the wedding. The cake and cupcakes were amazing and exactly what we envisioned. Our guests all commented on how beautiful it was and especially very delicious. The delivery folks even put the flowers on the cake which was not expected but certainly appreciated!! Sweet birch recently provided a wedding cake and other desserts for my daughter’s wedding. The cake was not only beautiful, but was delicious! Our guests raved about everything. Sweet birch was also able to accommodate our guests with gluten and dairy allergies. Highly recommend!
