What a gem! I spent the whole time riding shotgun on I89 researching the best spots to grab dinner with the family for no reason. I should’ve just followed the advice of the internet food gods and headed straight to Blackback Pub. The food was incredible and the service was memorable. Chef Cory is doing what he loves and it shines through. Just about everything but the ketchup starts out from his bare hands. Try the Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheese….its out of this world but makes...
The food is delicious.
The atmosphere is a cozy pub.
Aidan, Travis and Emily are the friendliest bar and table staff you could ever wish for.

My friends and I were just up in VT this past weekend (Dec 11th-14th) for a ski/beer trip and stopped by the Blackback for lunch, as we're never disappointed. We got to chat with Aaron, the owner who was super chill and extremely knowledgeable about the history of his place and all local breweries and beers on tap. Highly recommend if you're passing through to enjoy an amazing beer list and remarkable food... you won't leave disappointed.
