Recently my family got takeout from China Star. We got the pork Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons, and Orange chicken. It was all delicious and I recommend going there to eat in or take out. I especially liked the Orange chicken and pork lo Mein but it was all good. Service is quick and easy and the employees are always friendly. (Jacob age 12).

This place is decent. I've been a few times. It's on par with the other greasy American Chinese takeout places in the area. Fast and affordable. The Hot and Sour soup is good as well as the fried rice if you ask them to add eggs. I got the Garlic Broccoli lunch special with chicken fingers.

Great place. Super affordable and delicious food! We had a big order and they included some free stuff and it was a delightful surprise. This is now my go to spot every time I’m in Montpelier! Also, it’s open on Mondays!

The food was fresh, they adjusted menu items because I don’t eat meat. My family does and they loved the fried rice, the ribs, the hot and sour soup. I had veggie chow fun which was delicious. There are some tables. Definitely no frills.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetable options like tofu with veggies in garlic sauce, the rice and noodle dishes all have a veggie option, veggie spring rolls as well.
