Easily one of the best breweries I’ve ever been to (out of 1,500 visited). Incredible beers—IPAs, Lagers, Stouts, Saisons are all insanely good. The nicest team who always goes above and beyond. Cozy taproom space in the heart of Waterbury. Highly recommend!
I’ve heard great things about their beer so I had to go and see for myself! Yup, they were right! The staff were friendly , taproom had plenty of seating, and most importantly the beer was great.
S tier beer in VT. IPA fans rejoice. 6%ers drink like 8.5's. Their Hazy quality is unmatched and yes I've been to Hill Farmstead dozens of times. Do yourself a favor and stop in. They're no kids / dogs, so leave em at home and relax with some of the best beer I've ever had. If you're crying about their policies, they are very clear about it and as a proud owner of a 2 year old, I don't blame them at all.
