Sandwich was good but pricey. Person working there was rude to me multiple times - because of him I won’t be back. The people on the Barre-Montpelier Rd are much more pleasant to interact with.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Waterbury Subway location. The quality of the sandwiches has consistently been poor, with the same staff member each time, and the service leaves much to be desired. The bread is often not properly folded, and my sandwiches are consistently messy, even with minimal ingredients. At this point, I might as well just get a salad bowl. I’ve found other Subway locations, such as the one on Barre-Montpelier Road, to provide far better service and sandwich quality. This location really falls short—don’t waste your money here.

The Gravel Less Traveled
My daughter and I were the first customers in the door today at the subway in Waterbury, Vermont. An employee came and opened the door and I greeted her with a, “Hello, are you today?” And the response back from the employee was silence and she turned around and walked away. My daughter and I entered the store and the employee walked behind the counter and it was obvious to me that she did not want to be there today. My daughter is mentally handicapped and has a disability. My daughter asked me to order my sandwich first which I did and then my daughter ordered her sandwich. The employee was very rude to my daughter and I took a step forward and I gave her a look when she looked at me and I made it plain and simple that if she spoke to her like that again, I was gonna crawl over the counter and teach her some manners. As we checked out, I asked if we could get some chocolate chip cookies and she said, “We dont have any.” I pointed to her showing that there were chocolate chip cookies on the bottom of the tray she grabbed the plastic tray which the cookies sit in and shook it and said look there’s none there, and I tried to tell her that they had fallen off and were under the plastic tray, but she would not listen to me. It’s obvious to me that this individual doesn’t want to be there and hopefully management will either teach her how to interact with employees or maybe she can find another profession in which she has no contact with the general public.

9.60 for a meatball footlong served only slightly warm. Kid serving was very friendly. Overall, poor experience.
We went Sunday night 3/26 and we have never had such a great experience. The girl there was so kind and made some of the best subway we’ve ever had. It was very clean and one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway. That girl deserves a bonus for how well she treated it!

I went here for dinner the other day. The person did not say hi and went to the backroom. A few minutes later another person started my order. I was disappointed. My sandwich was alright but not worth the price not sure if I will go back to this subway

Im not sure if subway could cut there meat any thinner. You look at a picture of a sandwich then go there to get one. What a joke. For what you pay for a sandwich you should get some meat in it.
