I went into this subway a couple night ago store is very clean..you could see the tall young man working cared about what he was doing. My subs were made correctly and he was pleasant the whole time . I will be back. Thanks waterbury subway

The gang was able to enjoy great food made by some pretty patient employees, not going to lie we gave them a hard time and they made us laugh. Good to see high quality customer service. That red head moves fast.

We called in a takeout order.
They have taken 3 hours we called and asked for an update we didn’t get an answer until we called the 5th time.. Very unprofessional & very rude staff!!
We never got our food, they never made it!!
So if you want to save yourself some time go to a different Subway.

We went to this Subway last week, an hour and a half before closing time. Food was good, service was quick. The restaurant was clean, but we were not allowed to use the bathroom
 We were told it was broken. That was a bit disappointing since we were on a long day driving. We couldn’t even wash our hands

I went to Subway with my family, on September 13th in the afternoon, and the customer service was terrible. The employee was very rude and mean with us for no reason. 😞 My sandwich was clearly not 6 inches long because the bread have been cut incorrectly. (My sandwich was approximately 4 inches long) When I realized, I told her about it but she replied (very meanly) that it was actually a 6 inches long sandwich and that it's normal that the cuts are not always perfect. I didn't receive any good service. The employee had no judgment and she refused to remake my sandwich. They are probably short staff, but they should not put anyone behind the counter. 😐 Also, the quality of the vegetables (lettuce and cucumber) was very bad. Bref, I am never going back to this Subway for sure. 👎

Sandwich was good but pricey. Person working there was rude to me multiple times - because of him I won’t be back. The people on the Barre-Montpelier Rd are much more pleasant to interact with.
