I have enjoyed Eddie's donuts &pastries since I was a child & Mr Tony had a store in St. Johnsbury. Paul has certainly carried on the tradition of wonderful, mouth-watering goodies you expect to be served in a high rated restaurant. Than you so much for your goodies! I was going on a hike yesterday and in the group chat, a team member mentioned wanting a whoopie pie. I happened to see a nice selection at a store in Plainfield and brought one along. Post hike- the raving review I received needed to be shared with you and your patrons.Her quote: "You NEED to tell me where that bakery is! I devoured that bad boy as we left the post- hike restaurant. The chocolate cake was rich and soft, and they actually use what appears to be a homemade butter cream in it. PERFECTION"Keep doing what your doing guys. While no one will ever beat my gramma's whoopie pies, It sounds like these will be a close second!

A lot of people don't know what a good donut is, because they never had a great donut!! Stop at Eddie's, and you'll find out!! I had my daughter's 2 year old birthday cake done by this bakery!! I went to their farmhouse to pick it up!! Beautiful home, and great people!! Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience!! 1987.

What a great find! We happened upon Eddie's Bakery's Maple Glazed Donuts and are so happy we did. They're delicious with wonderful maple flavor (as Vermonters we're picky about that!) and were so fresh! I even shipped some out to our daughter in California; she always appreciates maple food gifts from home!

Delicious baked goods! Maple doughnuts, whoopie pies, cookies...all exceptionally good. Paul Jr is so nice! And so is his mom Gloria!
