This is absolutely my go to Dunkin’ Donuts for the last 6 months or so. The girls are great. Especially Tasha! She is absolutely a pleasure to see when I come to this location. Always kind, polite, attentive and has always made my coffee correct, it’s always on point and the freshest, best tasting coffee from any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to. Such a pleasure stopping here! She is definitely an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and whoever does the hiring needs to hire more people like her, she’s great!

Its rare that things go well at this Dunks. I put up with it usually as its my local dunks, even when I could hear a woman shit talking me at the drive thru when she thought it was muted. But this morning, I ordered a LARGE refresher. I walked in to a small and simply said that I ordered a large and the woman just kept repeating that all they had under my name was a small. When I got back to my truck, I could finally check my receipt online and it very clearly stated large. This was a relatively small issue, but considering that theres a problem literally every single time I come in, it was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I'm sick of no one at this location being capable of taking criticism and being fully unwilling to help customers find solutions to things. By far the worst customer service at any dunks I've ever been to, and seemingly is always getting worse.

Clerk was very rude ....arguing with customers....all of them ....using foul language....customer claimed she had been waiting 20 minutes to get her ordered completed ..then the clerk and other associates started with the language and arguing with the customer....Looks like I will find another place to go for coffee
Always get the wrong donuts and they mix the coffee this morning i got hazelnut instead of regular coffee its like this every time i do a job in that erea and im a constant coffee drinker

Took forever to take my order and then when they did they didn’t put it in the system so I sat their waiting and had to repeatedly remind them to make my coffee while the employees were chit chatting and standing behind the counter. Not worth it at all.

Every time we go in they always mess up at least 1 thing and they are rude. Used to be decent but now all they do is cuss out the people in the drive through.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The woman was rude at the drive up window & at also at window picking up the order (same person). I let her know that she had poor customer service & she apologized with a disrespectful attitude. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that she was the assistant manager…she should not be an assistant manager, acting like that with Customers….both orders were incorrect and than asked her to redo and still wasn’t correct. Poor customer service!!! If you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service. I will say the other lady that came to the window was very pleasant and she gave me a paper towel because the rude lady who handed me my coffee spilled it and I had to clean it up

I come to this Dunkin’s every day for break. Absolutely the rudest group of workers I’ve seen. They see our workers walk in and say “go to a diner you don’t need this much food ” or “we are out of everything you can leave”. I would not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
