I have given this Dunkin way too many chances since it's my only way to get coffee on my way to work. Overall the worst Dunkin I've been to. In the mornings they take way too long (I get it, they're understaffed), often the coffee tastes awful, if I make a mobile order they'll have my drinks ready but not the food (I have to ask for it after waiting for long), and the most recent mistake: I asked for a spider donut and they gave me a frosted donut with a munchkin on it...

How is it that a multi-billion dollar company can't afford to hire more than one person at a time? Spent 15+ minutes waiting to put in my order, but the only person working was too busy so I just left empty-handed

This is absolutely my go to Dunkin’ Donuts for the last 6 months or so. The girls are great. Especially Tasha! She is absolutely a pleasure to see when I come to this location. Always kind, polite, attentive and has always made my coffee correct, it’s always on point and the freshest, best tasting coffee from any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to. Such a pleasure stopping here! She is definitely an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and whoever does the hiring needs to hire more people like her, she’s great!

Its rare that things go well at this Dunks. I put up with it usually as its my local dunks, even when I could hear a woman shit talking me at the drive thru when she thought it was muted. But this morning, I ordered a LARGE refresher. I walked in to a small and simply said that I ordered a large and the woman just kept repeating that all they had under my name was a small. When I got back to my truck, I could finally check my receipt online and it very clearly stated large. This was a relatively small issue, but considering that theres a problem literally every single time I come in, it was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I'm sick of no one at this location being capable of taking criticism and being fully unwilling to help customers find solutions to things. By far the worst customer service at any dunks I've ever been to, and seemingly is always getting worse.
