We were put in the back room and forgotten about to order, then after a long wait for food the waitress had to go check on the food

Very short staffed today, cook and staff visibly frustrated. Wait time on food was far too long without an apology or offer of more coffee. When I received my order the few things that I requested were incorrect ( I asked for onion and pepper in my home fries, which is listed as an option on the menu). Food was okay but thrown together quickly. Home fries were very dry/overcooked. Might be a good place when fully staffed however I will not be back to find out.

★★★★★
Exit Ate Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. If Google allowed 6 stars, they’d deserve it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful little diner that doesn't look like much on the outside but the food, atmosphere and staff all were perfect for a diner. Great food that doesn't disappoint.

GLAD WE STOPPED BY.....Great dining experience......... Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Hash was new on the menu. It was good but still needs some tweeking. My only comment goes to the bread/toast......... My sweet spot is about Hot coffee and delicious hot buttered toast but the bread/toast was dry and tasteless. It SNAPS when you bite it. No substance inside....... PLEASE, TRY SOME QUALITY BREAD { not Wallyworld bread} cuz we would LOVE TO COME BACK.

Roadside stop for breakfast and lunch. We got there at about 12.30 and had to wait for a table. Hostesses were cheerful enough and a large portion of the clientele were regulars.

We got two sandwiches which seemed to take a long time to come.

They charge extra for credit card use.

Placed an online order today for the first time and the food was incredible! My Cran-Apple Salad was by far the best I’ve ever had and hubby’s Steak Bomb Grinder was the best he’s had! We will definitely be back!!

My sister and I stopped in to check out their Reuben’s which we found to be the best in the area. Delicious first class sandwich with chips to go with it. Wait staff were very friendly and waited on us immediately. Continue to fill our coffee mugs. We loved it.

Nice place to stop during a long car ride. Wife had a salad. Cousin had the corn chowder. Chowder was good. Salad was not exceptional.
Service was average.
Atmosphere is a local family owned restaurant. It is beginning to look a bit warn and dingy.
