I’d like to start by complimenting the unique bathroom arrangement in the upstairs lounge. There are two spacious single stall bathrooms and a lovely area outside of them where patrons can wash their hands. I have not seen this arrangement anywhere else. Both bathrooms are open to any gender and hand washing is set up in a nicely appointed open space. This promotes a friendly equitable vibe and decreases wait times for a bathroom!
In addition, the food is very good and our servers were friendly and efficient in both the lounge and restaurant. In spite of the fact that tourists are the predominant customers, we locals felt welcome!

Everything takes unnecessarily too long. The waitresses are too busy to care. We’ve seen our waitress twice: when we order and when she gave us the check. The food was mediocre at best. At the end of the meal another waitress (receptionist) came to ask and asked if we’ve finished, when I said yes she immediately piled all the plates on top of our left over half a rack of ribs before I could ask for a to go box. The only highlight was the arcade games. Overall, very very very disappointed. Completely overrated.

Clarifying ~ we went to the last chair establishment but were pointed to the Black Diamond Grill, all the same menu, etc with a walk through the “Lincoln Tunnel “. Lovely warm place. Unfortunately gender bias is apparent. We sat before a group of 8 men but they were served much before us and we were served the wrong food . There was no attempt by the team to undo the poor service. The managed, who I asked to speak with, decided to yell at me in public for pointing out what happened. He did explain our server to was in training. He loudly asked me to eat up and pay up. He further ~ loudly ~ offered the next table a round of drinks on the house, because he was the only one yelling. Really a negative dining experience for our family

Like many families we ended up here because the wait at the Last Chair was too long. We are glad we did! It is much quieter and cozier and though the menu is a bit limited, it worked for us. The edamame was a crowd favorite as were the dumplings. The cucumber and avocado rolls and other sushi rolls were also good. Ramen was hot and favorful. Service was pretty bad - our waiter went into a closet to check out his phone most of the time. We headed to the Last Chair afterwards and played some video games, so it was an overall success for a night out during ski season.

This restaurant is in the same building as The Last Chair, Asian cuisine. We got ramen and chicken teriyaki bibimbap. The food came quickly and the service was great.

This was such a disappointing meal. The wait at Last Chair was over two hours so we decided to try the Asian cuisine. Three of our kids had Ramen and all liked it enough. It looked like it was Top Ramen- $0.30 a pack. One of our kids had the Mac and Cheese off the kids menu and it was terrible. There was more soupy cheese than noodles. The four adults we were with got the Bibimbap. We have had this before and knew what an authentic Bibibap and this was not it. Normally the rice is placed on the hot bowl so it gets crispy. Here they served the rice on the side. The chicken teriyaki was decent but the corn was canned, the kimchi was mediocre and there were some unidentified noodles that tasted strangely of fish. It was simply inedible. We are still talking about how terrible the meal was. The photos of the meals looked far better than what was delivered to us. They should just extend last chair bar food to this second side. We all would have been happier with a greasy burger.

Black Diamond has reopened recently and is now serving Korean cuisine. Such an amazing experience having food different from the typical around Mt Snow. I have lived around Dover for many years and I can say my dinner experience here was one of the best I've had. All of the food is flavorful, the waitstaff is attentive and warm, and the meal turnaround was quick. I implore everyone to support this place and ensure that it can continue serving amazing food.

We accidently ended up here thinking it was the Last Chair. The atmosphere was great and it was nice and warm so we decided to try it out. Wrong move. A member of our party had the French Onion soup which they said was amazing and someone else had the clam chowder which they said was pretty good. I had the burnt ends which were doused in so much BBQ sauce you couldn't take the meat and the crispy onions were stone cold. I then had the fish and chips...the fish was totally frozen fingers and then fried, horrible. Someone else had the ceaser salad which they said was good but there was whole box of croutons in there, maybe make your own croutons and then just add a few would be better. My husband had the burger which he said was ok and someone else had the philly cheese flatbread which they didn't finish as it was not very good. As for the waitstaff, they were overwhelmed. The food came out quickly although not piping hot but it took quite some time for our waitress to get back over to us which was unfortunate as my husband wanted mayo & ketchup for his burger and wound up eating it without as she didn't check on us. However, she was super nice and patient with us. Overall I would NOT recommend this, even for a quick meal as you come off the slopes.

Food taste was okay although served lukewarm. Not very friendly barkeep but our waiter was nice. Kitchen efficiency horrible. After waiting 30 mins for the server to come around which we were told about and were fine with, waited another hour to actually get our food. Plus the room was cold and filled with literally a kindergarten of kids running around yelling at the top of their lungs with idiot parents thinking their kids were cute. Just a very poor experience for a $100 check.

Will definitely return here! Good food, fast service, fun vibe. Good value too! Not an extensive menu, but something for everyone. Attached to Last Chair and not well marked, so a bit hard to find.
