Best food on the mountain! The staff is so nice and the food is actually homemade. Really recommend eating here! The capresse sandwich is the best.

How neat to be able to sit outside and look at the scenery. The mountain views are terrific, as the day was pretty clear. Was able to see Mt. Washington and many others. The food was very delicious, but could use a bit more choices, maybe a burger, perhaps?? Oh well, you get what they offer. Our server, Meagan, was a delight and very friendly. Thank You!

My friend and I hiked Mount Snow with her 11 month old and dog. We got to the Bullwheel, enjoyed the view, and had a couple of beers and lunch before we went back down to base. It was opening day but we were excited to get there before it got busy for the season. We shall be back soon!!

Best place for a bevvy, view or a bit to eat. Best bartenders in Southern Vermont.
A big disappointment; not in terms of food or service, rather in selection and local offerings. I’ve been coming here for years as a family tradition. This used to be a craft beer room, where one could find all kinds of local Vermont brews on tap, even the hard to find ones. They used to offer cheese boards and all the fixings that you would associate with a taproom. In a lame attempt to capitalize and follow the hipster trend, it’s been changed to a cliche “tacos and cocktails” establishment, with just two Vermont brews on tap (Switchback and Fiddlehead). The unfortunate thing was there was nothing on the menu from Vermont even in terms of cocktails (nothing was made from the state).. I can’t say the food was bad, but I also can’t say that it was really that good. Everything was horrendously overpriced. Besides some unique cocktail names, none of the drinks were impressive. Everything about this establishment said “I’m not local and I don’t support local”. Even the bartender, who struggled to identify my local Vermont I’d stated they were not from the state. And I guess long story short, when I come to a place in Vermont, I look for establishments that represent the best of Vermont. This one does not.
I love this place. Conditions were great and I have never had a bad day at the mountain.
