2 people in our party ordered steak and was rare on both. Sent back and came back medium rare not medium. Also had no taste so saying seasoned to perfection is a lie. A new york string should be more than a half inch thick

Thought this was a good place to just order a Hamburger. I was wrong. iThe hamburger was dry, cold & flavorless. It is possibly one of the worst that I’ve ever had. I skipped lunch for this. If I wasn’t so hungry I wouldn’t have eaten. In retrospect I should have sent it back. The pickles were good. Cole slaw serving was very small.

It was empty almost at 11:30am Easter Sunday. Staff wasn't surprisedly . They had a special menu. I had the turkey ? dinner. It was tasty. It didn't stay hot though If the plates were warmed that wouldn't have been a problem.. Cold mashed potatoes and gravy weren't the best. Everything else was to temp.

The food was not good, the mixed drinks were awful. It's not the 99s like it used to be. Even the popcorn wasn't good - like it was microwave popcorn. The whole place was freezing cold, and the manager/owners should be ashamed of how disgusting the ceiling and window frames are. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like if the customer side is that bad. Kids wanted their garlic bread but they don't do that anymore so this was our final visit.

This place is very hit or miss. I've been disappointed a couple times, including today with the fajita bowl. Dry rice on a bed of lettuce with lunch meat quality chicken. No salsa or picante sauce in the back to add to it. Service was rather slow, too. Once upon a time I could excuse disappointment, but restaurants charge too much these days, and after we pay the bill we're expected to pay their staff 20%.
Went Sunday for dinner around 7:30. We were a larger party, so we had hoped there would be room for us. Quite the opposite. There were maybe two other groups, other than that the restaurant was empty. When we showed up they almost turned us down because they were short staffed. Thankfully they let us in. When it came time to order, they were completely out of multiple items, most of which were going to be ordered by us. That was very disappointing. But we got the food. The food was good, what you expect at the 99. The atmosphere wasn’t the greatest, felt like we weren’t wanted there. Was a bit odd that the restaurant was so so empty.
