Asian Bistro is like a second home for us. It is pretty much a given that when we want to get together as a family, Asian Bistro will be our choice. The food is top notch, and they offer quite a variety, of appetizers, meals, and sushi. They have a full bar, including frozen drinks, and nonalcoholic cocktails.

From my perspective, I find Asian Bistro as the finest Chinese food in the greater Burlington area. They use excellent ingredients and prepare them exceptionally.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in a nearby lot, but it is not directly adjacent to the restaurant. There are some convenient street parking spaces but it is in high demand during popular dining hours.

Service can be a bit slow to start, have limited waiters. But once going it is relatively fast for the food to show up.

Variety of Sushi, Chinese, and other dishes. Recommend the Mongolian Beef. Any of their appetizers are excellent. Have a good selection of Maki. Noticed overall the rolls are better sit down in restaurant than for takeout/delivery.
