We recently hosted a rehearsal “meal” with apps in a private room. The food was fabulous and the space allowed everyone to mingle and move around comfortably. My only wish would be that the private room bar would as stocked as a bar….. not just beer and soft drinks. The staff was attentive and thoughtful. We had a great time.

Great portion sizes and delicious food. I often come here just for the food even though it is a brewery because of how good the food is. Staff has always been very friendly.

Not only was the beer amazing (love the dark options), the server helped me get the stains out of my white pants when I dribbled it down myself like a fool. Then, when I lost my earbuds and visited the next day desperately hoping they were there, they searched high and low and found them! Great beer, cool vibes, exceptional staff.

The Salmon bowl tasted great, though they missed the dressing on it which I had to ask for, and then I was quite surprised that the salmon was an added $15! That doubled the price of the bowl from $15 to $30 pre-tax—I could have sworn the menu said it was an extra $10. Had to run before I could ask about it. Enjoyed the food, but was disappointed by the cost. I trust that their beer is great!

They had it all at Burlington Beer Company (BBCO). Wanting a flight and a snack to pair, the Whale Cake sour flight and the hummus plate worked well together. All the sour flavors blended together by the end, so discriminating one from the other was fruitless. Hummus platter was good, but more oily than preferred.

Um yeah. Reviews are correct. Old guy here. Grew up on Budweiser. Can’t stand IPAs. Their elaborate metaphor is fantastic. This place is not a secret.
