This is the only restaurant I go to regularly! Me and my friends go here around every other week or so and every experience gets better and better! The food is always immaculate and well priced. The service is some of the best I’ve seen in a restaurant. Every waiter I’ve had has always been very nice, respectful, and attentive. Keep doing you Chili’s!

My to go order was bagged and put out 20 minutes before I asked for it. So the cold food got warm and the warm food got cold.
And what they called a “bowl” of chili was actually a cup. Literally. I measured it. I saw what they called a cup and it was actually 1/2 a cup.

Went in to eat dinner waited 15 minutes no hostess showed up and the waiting area was over crowded went back out to the car and called to get on a wait list lady on the phone says come in in 30 minutes and we will seat you. We go in 30 minutes later stand there a additional 10 minutes before the hostess says would you like to get on the wait list ? We reply with there should be a table ready for us we were told a half hour 40 minutes ago. Hostess says what's the name we tell her and she comes back with i don't see that name so you will have to be added to the end of the list wait time will be a hour and 15 minutes .
