I ordered from crumble on the app. Drove an hour to get there only to find that the store was closed due to the oven being down. That same day I wrote an email and called the store for a refund. I was able to speak to an employee at the store via phone. This employee told me I should recieve a refund in a couple of days. Its now been 8 days since the original call and no refund has been made. I have not recieved an email back from customer service. That is a lot of cookie money to not refund a customer. They have very poor customer service at this location.

Crumbl Cookies is definitely popular, but in my opinion it’s a bit overpriced and overrated. The cookies are way too sweet for me personally. Some flavors are enjoyable, but others really miss the mark. Overall, they weren’t the best cookies I’ve had, and I don’t think they quite live up to the hype.
