Paige went above and beyond to help with my daughter’s birthday order when I had trouble ordering online with a coupon. She greeted us with a smile, was patient, kind, and amazing, and made sure we were all set. The food for our party was very, very delicious. Thank you, Paige, for your excellent service!

The brownie was hard as a brick The pizza was like something they had sitting out for the day It was cold Im not sure what the taste was but we had to trash it was not edible at all almost tasted like the smell of throw up either way I would not recommend at all huge waste of money

I ordered pizzas for a birthday party for 11:00 am pickup- we arrived to pick up at 11 and the doors were locked, phone was ringing off the hook, and we never received the pizzas or information about our order. Epic fail

We get pizza from here 2-3 times a month and have never been disappointed. We always do pickup. And the order is very simple, usually one pizza from the menu, no adjustments. Just got the pan pizza today and it tasted great.

They’ll get your order wrong. It will take an hour when it says 20 minutes. Your food will arrive cold. Just avoid this place or you’ll get burned.

Went to the Williston store, and the guy was playing with his phone. I asked the cashier for him to wash his hands. He argued for a bit and then end up, washing his hands. I saw that he only use water and soap. I take home the food you know I’m sick the last three hours cause he didn’t wash the sun properly, when I order food, I see the guy touching his face and not washing their hands. Everyone’s gonna get sick over this. I will not go to the store and Domino ever again. They lost me as a customer

I ordered without cheese (I know, weird), which has rarely ever been a problem from this store, that is until the last 3 orders. I usually get 2 pizzas for myself each order, recently, they've had cheese despite what the online ordering and receipt have indicated.
I shrugged it off last time gave it to a roommate, but today after a lengthy ordering break from the store, decided to try again, ordering less this time, (one pizza). Again, cheese was present, and rather than call for a replacement, I asked for the pizza to be refunded.
The phone service wasn't high quality, as I had to give credit card info 3-4 times, at one point was heard being called "an angry guy" when the operator was off receiver talking to coworker, and not once did they even apologize for getting it wrong. In fact, they instead told me that I was wrong, the cheese is always on this type, despite my long history of ordering it without, and that I had to specifically request it (to which I referred to the receipt, no response from them about that)
I'm lucky in that I live near another location, and would go there rather than return here, and only if in a pinch.
Delivery driver was nice, personable, and the highlight of the company interaction. That's why they got bumped up to 2 Stars for service.

*They are incapable of executing an order as requested, and don't care either. It doesn't seem worth the patronage these days.

Dietary restrictions: 20% chance they will accurately listen to your request. But, I wouldn't be surprised if that 1 in 5 times correct, might have been a mistake...
