I just stopped there and ordered a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. The blone women at the counter had put it down and said everything bagel w/ plain cream cheese, I said I'm sorry I asked for veggie cream cheese. She then says "did you watch me but plain on it! Girl, it is not the costumers job to make sure your doing your job!

I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin- my family now too- they are the most professional, accurate, speedy group and I have come to know them and have been coming here since they opened their new spot. I love that there is no cursing, complaining and being unprofessional, you guys are a great group. They get really busy and like all humans errors happen- but they are accountable and make good! I'm an early morning visitor and they know my order by heart!

Love the mini bagels with cream cheese in them. The machinery used by the way stinks really bad. One thing of note, there is a woman there who is excellent! On another note I ordered a drink with no modification. It was the dunkinlatte. They asked me three times how I wanted it made. I didn't know because I just order straight off the menu. Again I changed nothing so I didn't know how it was made. I said the regular way. Had to repeat it twice because the second time she asked if I wanted coconut milk. I said the regular way. I ended up drinking a weird tasting dunkinlatte. Whatever I drank it. This was the only annoying experience I have had with them. The only reason I am not going there is because the dunkinlatte I was told is seasonal. Boy was it tasty!!

We went in, order two medium iced Carmel lattes. They made it incorrectly the first time and gave us two matcha lattes with Carmel. It is easy to tell the difference as matcha is a bright green color. So, we politely asked them to remake them. We waited about five minutes, there’s now about six workers and barely anyone else on the building. They put the same two matcha lattes on the counter, we asked again and they gave us an eye roll and started making our coffee. When they called our coffee for us we were presented with what looked to be two cups of milk with a light hint of espresso and no amount of Carmel. We took the drinks, I went back and said something around the lines of “are you sure here are lattes” and was met with blank stares from the employees. We walked out with our cups of milk and tail between our legs. It is just disheartening knowing we paid 10+ dollars on a sad cup of milk.

Lovely Dunkin, the inside is so nice and workers are friendly!
I ordered and Ice Coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugar with a little bit of caramel it’s so good! I recommend but I got Bacon and a Bagel and When they gave me my bagel they didn’t put my cream chesse on it!! I wish I spent my money somewhere else. I hate this place.

The food was good but the store ventilation hangs over the donuts there was literally clumps of dirt an lint stuck all over the ceiling an vent area which hangs over the food. Not a fan.
