This review is not for DD…it’s for the dude who always has the rubber ducky hanging from his hat. YOU ARE FIVE STARS BRO. The man could be 38 coffees behind and will still give you a smile and a good morning when order. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE

I stop here once in a while to get a coffee on my way home from work. I always try to get a Med Iced Toasted Almond 6 pumps of toasted almond, reg cream in sugar. After 2 times of them not getting it right, tonight I even asked if he heard me say Extra Toasted Almond. He said yes and guess what! No extra Toasted Almond. I understand people make mistakes but it gets frustrating when you even double check and it's still wrong.

The staff at these places are never the problem. They do great with the trash that they are provided. Dunkin coffee sucks. The sandwiches are frozen reheated trash.

I’ve come to this location a few times over the last couple months, I try to avoid it when I can. There is only one friendly staff member there (young blonde). She will always tell you to have a great day and have a smile on her face, even the rough days. I’m not even sure if she still works there. Don’t bother trying to talk to them about anything other than your order, don’t ask them how there day is, they will ignore you or make it very obvious they have no customer service skills. I worked at a Dunkin and I know how busy it gets, but it wouldn’t be busy without your customers, you need to act like you care. Also notice every single time I pick my order up, it’s a mess. Whipped cream and/or chocolate drizzle all over the cup and/or the bag and it gets all over me. Today it was on both and their finger prints in chocolate all over the bag and then I got some on me grabbing it. Not the way to start my day. At least I don’t work in an office where you’re required to dress nicely as I would have gotten chocolate and whipped cream on me. Please do better. Be nicer, wipe cups down, if you get a bag messy, replace it. I don’t care how busy you are.

The location used to offer mobile ordering and should resume doing so, as it would be beneficial to commuting individuals who work early hours. As well, the counter is rarely attended by anyone, forcing many customers to yell in the store

I went to order online, and it said that Dunkin was closed. That was at 7:40 PM. I stopped by anyway, and the shop was open they had thrown out the donuts by 7:45 PM.

The donuts had little fruit fly type of insects stuck in the glaze

Ladies here do not like their jobs, and it's very evident.

Hours say open until 8pm, doors were locked before 8pm

Lady working today was extremely rude and unfriendly.
