El Comal Mexican Cuisine

I've been dining at this establishment for over a year now. Food and service is usually really good but not tonight. Food wasn't even warm and when requested to speak to the manager, noone came to my table. I went to checkout and explained I don't want any of those tacos to go bc they are cold and old. Now as I am trying to explain to the young man he wants to act self righteous and as if I'm treating him rudely. I could see he wasn't listening and attempting to dismoss and deflect so I just put $20 on the counter as I knew it would more than cover the one taco and drink I had. He obviously has no business in customer service and this establishment has lost a long time customer over a few measly cold tacos.

The food,drinks and service is top notch . Marco is the best manager I have seen in a while and believes in great customer service.

Came here with my wife tonight and had the best experience! GREAT FOOD , DRINKS and CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We will be back. And ask for Marco.
