Folino's Pizza, Williston

We've been so happy to have a Folino's in Williston! The pizza is consistently excellent - nice crust, thin but not too thin, holds up well to toppings - and the folks working there are always lovely. $5 20oz Fiddleheads on Wed and Sun doesn't hurt, either! Try getting proscuitto with arugala, but ask for the arugala to be put on after it comes out of the oven. The best!

Don’t pay or tip for your food until you have it in hand. Called my order in and was told it would be an hour. They made the apps but “missed” the pizza and I had to wait another hour for the pizza to be made.

Pizza was good and brought to our table in a timely manner. But the place is dirty. Tables not wiped off. Condiments not filled. Space felt old, worn out and not cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting..hadn't been cleaned in days...it was worse than a lot of gas stations. Won't eat there again.

Update: I received communication from the GM soon after writing my initial review. They took responsibility for the mistake, apologized, and asked me to visit again for another pie on them. I enjoyed it immensely.

SEE update above - I come to Folino's in Williston to order my pie for takeout. I relish the idea of eating my pizza directly from the oven. I put my name in (Jeff) and my order with Lydia who said it would be out of the oven in 20 minutes. Lydia came over with a boxed pizza 20 minutes later, asking if I was Joe. I said my name was Jeff and added that maybe she might have entered the wrong name. She confidently stated it was not my pizza, placed the pizza off to the side and stated that my order would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. After an additional 20 minutes, Lydia finally approaches with my boxed pie in hand, profusely appologizing for the additional time. I let her know that it was not a problem. But, when I took an opportunity to grab a slice, the pizza was less than warm. This was very disappointing.

Pizza and wings are delicious. Take out times are a bit wild sometimes (over 2 hours) and when it’s busy they have trouble keeping track of orders. The people are super nice they just need a better system for take out. Prices are good for the quality.

The pizza is always a treat between the unique toppings and the wood fired flavor. I have tried many of the signature pizzas and have never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with the wings wood fired and amazing sauces.
One of my favorite goto places.

Probably the best pizza around in my opinion. Its a super thin crust so if that is your jam you'll enjoy it. The toppings are always high quality. If it is busy the inside can be loud because of the terrible acoustics in the room. I just get take out or eat outside.

We arrived at 4:30. At 5:30 still no food, so we missed activity planned for 6. Food came around 5:45. One had burned crust. No I'm sorry, no refund, no raincheck. My first experience not again.

We had family coming into town and for the first time we ordered from Folino’s. We ordered two large pizzas, and three dozen bone in wings. When we got our order to the house and everybody started to dig in, some family members said that the chicken in the wings did not look cooked thoroughly and there was a little pink. So we decided to put it in the oven to cook them a little longer. The next day I went to Folino’s and spoke to Dan the manager. He assured me that the wings were cooked thoroughly and recognized that some people had a problem with a little pink. He said they don’t fry their wings, but they smoke them and a smoker for an hour and then they put it in the wood fire Slab and is cooked to 160°. Even though I’ve never had Woodfire wings, the wings were excellent in taste. He with no hesitation, offered either a refund or a gift card because they wanted to make things right. So he cooked me another three dozen wings for free and made sure that they were cooked thoroughly. I’m very happy with the customer service, and there’s a good chance he was right and we were wrong. But he still wanted to make sure that the customer is happy. So I wanna give these guys five stars. Nobody got sick and nobody has gotten sick at their restaurant, so I may have been in the wrong. But he still comped the order. I totally recommend this place. Please understand that traditional chicken wings is cooked on a deep fryer but when it is wood oven, they might look a little differently. So I was happy with the experience and that’s why I give these guys five stars. Thank you, Dan
