Ordered online, showed up a few minutes early and ended up waiting ages for the to go order. Restaurant wasn’t busy, and there was only one other person waiting for a pick up order in front of us. Once we got our food, the appetizer sampler was made incorrectly (and the sauce from the wrong item got all over the other food). After waiting for it to be fixed, we only got 1/3 of the sampler back in return. After a long time of waiting, we got the whole sampler made correctly, but a quick in and out order turned into 30-40 minutes of waiting around for a mess up.

Shout out to the hard working staff at the Williston VT location tonight! They were working so hard, despite taking on multiple jobs. We witnessed people being verbally rude, and leaving rude notes, all because they had to wait longer than normal. The staff endured a lot of hate tonight, but they were still smiling through it, still so very kind. Thank you to everyone who was there tonight!! We see you working hard, and we appreciate you!!

We arrived at 4:00 and had to wait to be checked in for 15 minutes and then we're told it would be another 20 min to be seated,which ended up being 45,although there were many empty tables. Finally seated and it took forever for food to come.All the help seemed to be in the kitchen,not sure if they were cooking food as well as waiting on tables.Lines of people waiting at the door and no help to be seen.we we're offered no explanation for this so I am assuming lack of help. I wouldn't have been so angry for lack of service if maybe the waitress or someone said ,gee I am sorry for the wait but we are short-staffed or something,but to have people waiting,and all staff in the kitchen just seems rude. All in all we were there for over 2 and a half hours....ridiculous...never again.

I can't say how the food was because my family never got seated. My husband and two kids stood at the door along with four other people that were waiting to be seated. We weren't even acknowledged by the waitress for almost 10 minutes. And then when she did come over, we were all told that if we wanted to wait it was going to be at least 15 minutes because they just got a table of 8. We were going to wait but then we still weren't seated, other people waiting weren't either, so we left. They only had the table of 8 and a table of 2 that were already eating. So if this staff can't handle one table at a time then I suggest get better help or close!

Second time I have come here in the past few months. I would rate my experience a negative star of I could. Me and two friends sat down had a server take our order and drink order we continued to sit for another 50 minutes without being talked to etc. The server comes back and tells us that she was not supposed to take our order and some one else was supposed to take our order... Sat another 15 minutes after she came back finally just decided to leave.. people coming in the door were waiting 15 minutes with no help either. 10/10 would never recommend this place ever again.. I will never go back.

Diego the manager is a sketchy dude.Order from here a bunch of times, and the one time we ordered through him a bunch of stuff suddenly cost 99 cents more than it did the last 6 times we ordered it? Seems like he is pocketing that money for himself, considering a small 99 cent fee could easily be overlooked. Then gets rude when asked why it's suddenly more?Trash. That's all I can say.We won't be ordering here ever again.

Last night went in and was turned away for the second time in 4 months. It was 6:45 pm and the waitress said they closed at 8:00 insinuating that there would just not be enough time. There were 4 in our group. I think there were maybe 4-5 tables full. Such a strange experience to walk in and be told to leave - and that’s the second time it’s happened. Gone are the nostalgic Friendlys days there’s nothing friendly about this place.

ate here yesterday and immediately got sick!!! was sick all night after eating this. I want my 60$ back I paid to get sick this isn't ok!!! waited 45 minutes for our drinks. was seated at a VERY DIRTY TABLE. NIGHT manager I assume walking around no mask looking very high. it wasn't busy at all... very very nasty how is this place still serving
When I was down to visit my best friend we came in and dined David wait on us on his services a speed despite how busy things seem managed to be fast paced and clear definitely a place we recommend to all our friends and Family! My Honey BBQ Burger was cooked perfect, the fries were just the right amount of crisp! My friend had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad with the chicken tossed in Buffalo and he had appreciated the small change that was allowed! So Thank You So Much for the great experience while we caught up!

The food was prepared by Nathan to perfection. I would absolutely visit again and plan to do so again. My goddaughter got a speciality sundae which she devoured even though she is a picky eater. I got a sundae to go and it was so delicious and the portion was fantastic.

My wife and I decided to stop by after having a horrible experience with a different place when we visited this area before. Not having been to friendly’s in a while we decided to stop over. We had a pleasant experience. The service was nice and the food is what’s to be expected at a friendly’ a since I was a little kid. Sadly these places are a rare breed. Thanks for making my food tonight.
