Waitress took order all from memory for family of 4. Totally screwed up my lil boys simple burger which any with younger children, that's alot of fun... I got their grazers burger. No cheese. No signature sauces. Tomatoes which I asked to omits. All our burgers were very well done which is one thing, but you all ask us how we like it and we said medium.. for once I opted for an upgraded side, when my incorrect burger came out it came with fries, but asked for onion rings. Onion rings were extremely oily like they were put into cool oil.. super disappointing when your trying somewhere new.

My party of 3 sat at a table for 30 minutes. 3 employees walked past us multiple times, we were not even given water. I've been to the Saint Albans location. I loved that entire experience. My visit today to the Williston location is most likely my last. Do better Grazers.

We were a larger group of seven, and we had an hour before our movie, so we thought we could grab burgers within that time. The restaurant was surprisingly empty, only 25% full.
When the server first came to our table to ask for drinks, we also ordered all burgers, cooked medium. However, it took about 15-20 minutes for a single cocktail to arrive, and then it was another 45-50 minutes for our burgers. To our disappointment, every single burger was overcooked, not medium as we had ordered, but well done.
The burgers were fine overall, but they could have been much better if they had been cooked properly. When our food finally arrived, we also asked for our check, which took another 15 minutes (to be fair, we did ask to split it individually).
By the time we left the restaurant, we had missed the beginning of our movie. It took over an hour to have just burgers that were overcooked.
Overall, it was a fine experience, but the service was WAY too slow for almost every table being empty and all the food being overcooked. We left disappointed and missing the start of the movie.

This used to be are go-to spot to gather with friends. How unfortunate, that when I planned a luncheon with colleagues to celebrate a coworker’s accomplishment, that we’d leave feeling extremely underwhelmed with the food. The gravy on our poutine was cold and lumpy and the rest of our meal just followed suit to that. Where has the pride gone to serving up food people would enjoy. Clearly this was a kitchen issue as our waitstaff could not have been better.

OK, wow…. The bartender was too busy flirting with these two big dudes who obviously either work at the restaurant or come there often to get my order, right. They screwed it up and had to remake the order and then when I got it home to find out, they screwed it up twice. I can only give two thumbs down, but I’ve had more. I’d definitely use them.

We had a wonderful experience last night at Grazer’s. They were able to accommodate 17 of us for a reservation on the same day which I know is usually not an easy feat.
Our server, Maddy, was incredible. She was friendly and never made us feel like we or our children were burdensome. And with our party being more than half of little ones her patience did not go unnoticed.
The food and drink were delicious, and it was a lovely birthday celebration.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Made my 4th online order where items were missing again. They make good food, would be nice to receive all of it. PLEASE have your kitchen double check - it's happened 4 separate times, months apart.

The staff was awfully rude and SO inattentive, place appeared more dirty than usual. We often visit during the week for lunches and lately the quality and service has gone severely downhill. They also never pick up the phone when we attempt to call for take out orders- we gave up on that. Saw a mouse trap near a table in the corner which gave my co worker a bad feeling overall. Just a sad honest truthful review- I would spend money elsewhere for those considering. And consider waiting a long time for your food!!! (And no, they were not busy at all).
