I first tried Grazers a few years ago and loved the experience. I tried the Rangoons and a burger, and have been raving about them ever since. Last night, I gave Grazers another try, and was extremely disappointed.I placed a takeout order of Rangoons, Green Mountain Burger with sweet potato fries, and Hot Honey Fried Chicken with onion rings. I was severely disappointed to find the rangoons had been forgotten from the order, they were the entire reason I placed the order. The burger was meh - okay. It lacked flavor, the patty was smaller than I remembered, and the Applewood smoked bacon was forgotten. The fried chicken, while it was the best part of the meal in comparison, was not as advertised in the online menu. The image shows a hearty piece of fried chicken piled high and exceeding the edges of the bun. The sandwich I received had one very thin chicken breast which was smaller and thinner than the bun. Not at all what I was expecting. It resembled a frozen, gas station chicken patty rather than a hefty, house fried chicken breast I was hoping for. In addition, my side of onion rings, which is an upcharge, had literally THREE pieces of crumbled, burnt rings.Safe to say, my money would have been well spent elsewhere. I will not be returning to Grazers.

We waited 44 minutes for 2 burgers neither of which came with the sauces we ordered and they weren't even busy. They didn't update us at take out as to what was happening with our food and when we did get it it was cold already. I'll finish using the gift card we got for Christmas and won't be back.

Very frustrating experience. We arrived around 8:00 and were seated quickly. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entrees shortly after being sat. The appetizer arrived in about 30 minutes however, we never received our entrees. Our server came to check on us about 1.25 hours into our visit and promised us that the food would be right out however, it never came. Our server then disappeared and even after asking the host to send her over to us, she never came back to apologize or check on us. We ended up leaving money on the table and walking out 1.5 hours after we arrived as we could not even get the attention of an employee for a formal bill. We left still hungry and very frustrated.

It's never my first choice...that's because whomever does the cleaning needs to step it up..like floors,tables,seats...the items on the tables...it's time for a deep cleaning...just

I got a mozzarella burger pretty simple order with fries, one would think. Bread on the bottom was wet and falling apart by the time I received it. Lettuce was wilted. Mozzarella stick on it was flavorless and the patty was dry. Felt like it was sitting on the counter for an hour. Fries were oily like instead of fried it was slowly steeped in oil. Another soggy addition to the meal. My fiancé has a lactose intolerance..if that's a thing for you..don't even bother not much the menu offers for even alternatives like we are used to utilizing. He ordered a salad and all they could do for dressing was plain oil. We took convenience of next to the theater and fully regretted our time. (Wished I took pics before they took it)Dietary restrictions: Don't go if you have dietary needs they don't do well with it sadly.

There is a person who works here who treats me poorly. I have also watched her treat the disabled person who works the front like trash.
Solid Burger but a little pricey. It's hard to judge due to inflation these days but it still feels a little high.

The food wasn’t terrible however we were our servers only consumers when first arriving. Towards the end of our meal it had gotten a bit busier but not to the point we should be waiting over 30 mins (literally) for the check. She walked by us like 5 times clearly seeing all of our plates stacked neatly at the end of the table to indicate we were done and still didn’t come over.
