I can't speak to their dairy options, but the vegan Mac and cheese is awful. The sauce is so bland, no amount of added salt and hot sauce could fix it. My partner tried the vegan patty melt and thought it was fine, the vegan cheese they used for that melted pretty well.

My partner was craving mac & cheese, so we decided to stop here. One dish of basic mac & cheese took about 20 minutes to make - only 1 order in front of this one.The 2 high schoolers working there seemed more interested in flirting with each other.There also seems to be a lot of waste with the process. The pasta gets scooped into a disposable metal takeout container. The pasta gets its toppings and it put through an oven. Once on the other side, they mix it up and put it into another disposable plastic container.Overall, I don’t think we will be back. Too expensive for something so basic.

I got my MAC delivered and it was cold, which seems to be consistent with other reviews. It still tasted good though as far as flavor, I got the buffalo Mac. But I am confused on the toppings…who puts Celery and carrots in Mac and cheese..?? Like am I eating Coleslaw or Mac and cheese ??.

Went late afternoon and there were maybe four other tables. After 30 minutes of waiting for three kids meals, I asked how much longer and was told five minutes. Asked again in ten minutes and was told they actually lost the ticket. While “working” on the order, we watched the cook on his phone in between slicing the sandwiches. It was a pretty poor experience and won’t be back again.
