I stopped in Jersey Mike's in Williston after taking my brother to UVM for a biopsy. Tom was wonderful and happen to ask what we were doing this weekend. I told him we had an electrical fire and would be trying to find a place to live until spring. He took the time to truly listen and gave us several coupons for free subs! What a very kind gesture that meant the world to us! In that moment I felt very alone and just having someone, a complete stranger, listen and be kind was truly touching. Oh and the food was outstanding!! Thank you Tom, you don't realize it but you took a very dark time and shined a bit of light into it. I hope you, your family and employees have a wonderful holiday season!

Received the wrong order and didn't realize it until I got back to work and didn't have time to go back. I was really disappointed because I was really looking forward to eating the sub I ordered and not the gross ones I received. I'll be sure to confirm my order before leaving from now on rather than relying on someone else to pay attention to details.

Solid sandwich. Expensive ? Yes. Worth it? Depends. I ordered the Original Italian, works. Extra mayo extra red pepper sauce. My only complaint was way too much vinegar which left the sandwich very sour and acidic tasting not to mention a sloppy mess. If you donât consume it immediately then âForget About Itâ. I also feel that the meat was a bit on the skimpy side for a $20.00 sub (see other customer photos) . After reading other reviews, Iâm gonna have to agree that the inconsistency seems to be a hallmark of the Jersey Mikeâs Williston location. Hit or miss. Iâm not trying to rain on anybodyâs parade. I think itâs a great company. It does over $8 billion a year of business so canât be that bad, however considering all the above itâs good but not outstanding.

I used to love driving all the way to Jersey Mike's from waitsfield, VT. Just for a steak and cheese. I specified " I am highly allergic to onions " was asked so I just want peppers? No! I just want steak, lettuce, tomato, extra cheese and extra mayo on wheat sub roll. I've never had any issues with Jersey Mike's till tonight. There were at least 8-10 people working the counter area. No off in line nobody waiting. I drive all the way back home to sit down and eat my meal I just blew $20 on gas and $16 on the meal. Just to find it loaded with onions and pepepers. How friggin hard is it to get a sandwich right when asked what you want on it. Doesn't take a collage degree to make a frigging sandwich. Tall lost my business that's for sure. I won't be back.
Dietary restrictions: Apparently these people don't listen when told " HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. ". Good thing I decided to double check my sub before eating it or id be on my way to the hospital by ambulance as it cuts off my air way and makes it hard to breathe. Thanks for wasting $36 and change on the worst experience I've had with Jersey Mike's. I drive over an hr just for a single sub from your store in Williston VT because ive found y'all's subs to be the best I've had. And I eat a lot of subs from a lot of different mom & pops stores. I definitely won't be back to Williston Jersey Mike's that's for damn sure.

Talk about trash food. 15 bucks for this. As a chef of 15 years I am appalled. 2x the size of a lighter, the deli meat looks like it was sitting out in the sun, sub was falling apart and smashed when I picked it up. Never again. Total entire waste of money. Gas station sushi is more appealing than this. Service was great though and employees were swift at service. Atmosphere was whatever. There isn't an atmosphere. It's a fast food restaurant

I was there a few weeks ago. While it was a busy Saturday Night. You Guys made a Great Sandwich. I look forward to another one the next time I am in the area.
Parking: It is a open parking lot that is small for the amount of stores that are there. Check Google Maps if you have never been here. I do not know how they allowed so few parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to move around but, Someone will need to open the Entry door for anyone using a wheelchair. Bathroom door entry is a bit tight as well but, doable

Ordered a Classic Italian online and it ended up being just turkey with all the other Italian toppings (this sandwich doesnât even have turkey listed as a topping). Would have liked to get it fixed but it was a 45 minute wait for the order and we didnât have the time to wait around. The staff was nice but I wouldnât recommend.
