I ordered through Uber Eats and picked up my food. I didn’t know what to do, so I waited for 5 minutes. There was a sign on the counter that said “Pick up orders,” but I couldn’t see my order. After 5 minutes, one of the staff finally asked me if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, and he grabbed my order behind the counter. So, the whole time it was there. If you order for pickup, make sure you go straight to the counter and check on your order. I ordered #17 Mike’s Famous Philly (Regular size $13.32), a 6-inch sub. It was enough for one person, and there was plenty of meat. It actually tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience. There was limited indoor seating.

I completely missed the hours listed on the front door as I strolled in about an hour before they opened. They were extremely polite and respectful towards me, even welcoming me to order after giving them a few minutes to prepare. I don't recommend doing this to them, but they certainly didn't put me down over my mistake.

10 stars for the service, super friendly and fun staff, and extremely attentive to the gluten allergy! Who knew a quick sandwich stop would be the highlight of my day. Thank you Teegan and co!
Extremely rude employees. Asked for a giant on wheat no oil. They put oil on it. I asked them to remake it. Then they start making it on white, I said no on wheat please. The employee then rushes down the counter gets in my face and says, stop being sparky with us. I'm like I was just trying to get what I ordered. Then he threatens to call the cops on me!. Went bullshit on them at that point. Got my money back and left. Will never go back again.
