First time there the food ok ,fries not many were cold waitress was terrible,fake .Would take off never asked if we wanted refills, ask for ketchup waitress never brought it had to ask another waitress and she brings me a empty bottle ,peppermill was empty had to ask a waitress to find are waitress friends ordered steak medium well they were rare.Waitress never brought steak sauce.Kind of dark in there then they shut the blinds.Maybe will go back if a different waitress.

Came in tonight because we wanted to try it rather than Roadhouse. Mistakes were made. Service took forever in a mostly empty restaurant, and the vibe inside was that of a funeral. Please don't get me wrong. The food tasted fine, but for the money spent it would have been better, service would have been faster, the mood brighter, all while the place is 3 times busier at Texas Roadhouse. I will probably not return to Longhorns any time soon if there is the option.

Honestly, you could save your money. It was a slow night, so maybe thats why but the food was actually mid. The steak didnt taste seasoned, and on top of that it was so expensive. The wild west shrimp was really good though. I heard sometimes it can be a miss so maybe i went at a bad time. Apparently their ribs are good but I've never tried. I would probably choose texas roadhouse over this (also because I'm just a college student lol)

The service was horrendous. I was seated in the same area as a party of 9 ordering a lot of drinks. The waitress came and we ordered soda. After she was done bringing two drinks orders for the party of 9 she brought bread and took our order. She said she would be back with plates. Keep in mind I brought my daughter to a restaurant to show her how to behave in a restaurant setting. My daughter wanted bread, but I told her to wait for a plate. On her way to serve more drinks the waitress slid my appetizer on the table and walked away. I wasn't going to make my daughter watch me eat and wait for plates that never came. I told her to eat bread and not worry about the mess. The entree came and we enjoyed it. The waitress never checked on us for refills or anything. We couldn't find her to get more BBQ sauce. We planned to have dessert, but I paid and went to an ice cream shop not far away. I've been seating the same area as large parties ordering drinks, but never experienced terrible service like this.
Had a good meal here. We used a bunch of gift cards so dont know if i would return if paying cash. Food was good! Soup and shrimp apps tasty and large. Salads fresh. I tried the steak tips with mash and it was good. Most others had filet which was decent. Keep expectations lower and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

$35 20oz Porterhouse before and after. I like to ruin my steak and get it well done. I cut this with my fork! Pretty awesome.. Baked potatoe had too much salt on skin for my taste but the potato is not why im going there..

We ordered 2 steaks that one is outlaw and another is ribeye. Outlaw was so dry and no flavor at all. No taste in it and the meat wasn’t fresh! Ribeye was okay. The server is so fast to take the order looks like he’s rushing! Gave us boxes to go food but no bag. We didn’t bother him to ask because since beginning he was rushing.normally out of newyork state longhorn is always good but this time we were disappointed

Little bit of everything in so much salt, the specialty steak I ordered was well done but, wasn't expecting cardboard like dryness, nothing close to the picture in display both in shape and looks. Quite disappointed for a steakhouse, I would only go back for the salad.
