I ordered catering for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was ready when I arrived, everything I could possibly need was included and I even had help getting it all the my car. Everyone at my work holiday party loved it and asked where it came from! I would definitely get catering from Moe's again!

I need to share my recent experience because it could have gone very badly. I have an avocado allergy and made it clear when ordering that my meal needed to be made without guacamole. Unfortunately, even after stressing the importance, the meals were mislabeled between mine and my husband’s.
The staff member seemed new, but food allergies aren’t something that can be brushed off. My husband started eating what was labeled as his stack and, after eating a bit less than half, mentioned there wasn’t any guac inside (sometimes it can be buried deeper). Thankfully, it took me that long to get to eat, and I ripped mine open instead of biting into it—because it was full of guacamole, despite being the one labeled for me. If I had eaten even a single bite, I would have been in severe pain.
When I asked for a replacement, it felt like I was an inconvenience instead of someone who could have had a medical emergency due to their mistake. For safety, the team really needs a better system—wrapping labels should always stay with the correct stack on the grill and be double-checked before serving, especially when allergies are involved. On top of that, most of our chips were crumbles and a few bites were overly hard, which only added to the disappointment of the visit.
I understand mistakes happen, and the employee was likely still learning, but allergy protocols are non-negotiable. I hope the management takes this seriously so no one else has to go through the same experience—or worse, as I was lucky my husband is such a fast eater and realized the mistake before I took a bite of mine.

I got the free chips with my order but didn't realize that I didn't get the salsa to go with it until after I left the restaurant. For what little bit of food I got, it wasn't worth the expensive total that it came up to.

Skip it. Moes food taste good, but this location has service that is far from great. Push you through, struggling listening to/understanding your order, and the portions are laughable. If you think Chipotle is stingy, you haven’t seen anything. Shame. Hopefully they get back on track
You always know what you will get at Moe’s. Consistently good food with friendly service. The queso is one of my favorites for a chain! I try something new almost every time, but the home-wrecker burrito is certainly the favorite. This location often seems short staffed and the cleanliness suffers a bit, it’s not bad enough to be off putting but it’s also frequently in the same state so I thought it’s worth mentioning. You can’t go wrong with Moe’s if burritos or tacos are what you’re craving today!

This location has been redone recently. The staff are fantastic! Very friendly and outstanding stewards of customer service. The bathroom door was not closing, but they seemed to be discussing a work order about it while I was there. Brighter and cleaner than the previous theme. Easy in, easy out, lots of parking. I do miss a few of the previous salsa recipes, but the scorpion was fantastic!
