Fantastic pizza and calzones every time. This past Friday night my wife and I ordered ahead and I went in to pick-up. The volume of orders and food they were handling was off the charts! Many people had very long waits and I was so impressed with the young staff members who handled the chaos and complaints with professionalism, empathy and courtesy. I’ve been coming here for probably a decade and their calzones have never disappointed. Great fillings, massive size and great value for the money. Would highly recommend the calzones, beware they are huge!
My pizza was given to another person. Which they wouldn't acknowledge. But was confirmed by the person calling back to complain. Instead they through bacon on those people's Pizza and handed it to me. No apology no discount. I placed my order at 7:11pm and was told 20 minutes. 8:35 is when I walked out of there with a pizza. This place is a joke.

The week before Thanksgiving I placed a request for several partially baked plain pizza crust. I purchased one that day to try and was charged $6.71. Upon placing the request I asked if the price would still be the same if I ordered 10 crust and was told yes. The day before Thanksgiving when I went in to pick up my order I was charged almost double, when I told them that the price wasn't correct I was told they had to charge me more due to staffing issues and it being the day before a holiday. Then the manager or owner came over and asked me if I wanted them or not. If I wasn't in a bind, I would have refused them. I would give zero stars if it was an option. You have lost my business! HAPPY HOLIDAYS RAMUNTOS!!

Worst put together pizza I've ever had. Flimsly, wet, oily. Just soggy and gross. No passion when making their pizza. Couldn't even eat it. Wouldn't fold just flopped over. Totally soggy and gross. I make crispier bottomed pizza at home. Yuk too
