I miss the old simply divine!!
I have given the new owners sooo many chances and this place is just not good anymore.
Overpriced, nothing is ever ready when it’s supposed to be, and they hate dietary needs.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. They have a website with pricing. When we went to pick up order the prices were $5-$8 more than what was on the menu. When called to complain the rude manager Katie said those were the old business menu and it wasn’t her problem!! Like what? Who runs an establishment like this? As a business owner myself I make sure my menu has updated pricing on the website. That should have been updated when it switched ownership if that was the case. You are charging 10.30 for a small Caesar salad with no meat when the menu online says $5.95. That is just so wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people out of money. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Your customers are always right and you know what you’ve done is wrong. Every single person I’ve talked to says this is fraudulent activity.

What a joke…Don’t trust their prices, they are just scammers. Ordered a small Caesar salad priced at $5.95 and when I got my bill it turned into $10.30 (this does not include the tax). When I called I spoke to the Manager Katie who told me that is an old menu and it’s not her problem….really, pretty sure it is their problem. No way would I pay $10.30 for a small Caesar Salad with no chicken! Oh by the way a Large Caesar salad with chicken was listed as $9.95.

Upon purchasing lunch today, I looked at the online menu and ordered accordingly. Upon receiving the receipt I noticed my $9 sandwich was actually $15.49. When I called about this issue the manager Katie said, “that is an old menu, and it is not her problem.” I do believe what prices you post is the business problem and this should be fixed immediately along with refund. But none of that happened. People beware they are scamming people here.

They did NOT hold back with the proportions. Had the Vermonter, a breakfast sandwhich, blueberry white chocolate chip cookie, and a pumpkin cream cheese muffins. That cookie I will probably remember for the rest of my life.

I went this morning and the woman who came to the counter to help looked like she didn't want to be there or to wait on anyone. The most unfriendly person. I used to visit more often, now I'm not planning to go again. When this is your job, customers should be made to feel welcome, not like an inconvenience.

Simply Divine Café is exactly what the name promises—divine. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted not only with the warm scent of fresh sandwiches and baked goods but also by the incredible attention to decor and detail.

Whether it’s Christmas, Easter, or just a Tuesday, this café is always decked out to the nines. Every season brings new, whimsical, and heartwarming decorations that make the place feel like a Hallmark movie set—and I mean that in the best way possible.

Now let’s talk sandwiches. I’ve eaten a lot of sandwiches in my day, and the ones here are top-tier. We’re talking fresh, hearty bread, generous portions of roast beef, turkey, or ham (the roast beef is my personal go-to), layered with crisp lettuce, sweet onions, and the perfect touch of sauce. The quality is unbeatable, and the value? Even better. You get so much flavor, freshness, and portion for a very fair price—especially in today’s world.

The staff are the real magic here though. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve been treated like family. There’s a genuine warmth and kindness to the people who run this café. They remember faces, ask about your day, and you can tell they care about the experience they provide. That’s rare, and it's what keeps my wife and I coming back time and time again.

Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch, meeting a friend for coffee, or just want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a peaceful moment, Simply Divine is the place. It's the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to tell anyone about because it’s that good—but they deserve all the praise in the world.

Simply put: amazing sandwiches, wonderful people, creative ambiance, and pure charm in every corner.

If you’re in Williston and haven’t stopped by yet—go!

You’re in for something truly special.

Update: It's still amazing...

Great little deli tucked away behind a business complex. Found this gem accidentally. Can get very busy at lunch time, so recommend ordering ahead…try the chicken salad and the cookies

Simply used to be my all time favorite lunch spot, for not just me but my entire office and a lot of my friends, food and staff was amazing. Unfortunately since the new owner , the food has declined between serving sizes and price, I have not been back and do not intended to unfortunately. Our office misses the old simply .
