I love Starbucks coffee to a fault. I only get black iced coffee. I went to this store everyday for a few years, but sometime shortly after the renovation the taste has totally changed.

It doesn't taste like coffee. Every other store in this area does not taste like this. It has a weird sweet aftertaste that nobody who ever drank coffee would associate with coffee.

I implore whoever manages this store to try the iced coffee, or have an employee who drinks ice coffee try it. It's really gross and I've been forced to go to other locations to get ice coffee. I want to go back.

Came in at 7 asked for a chai latte no foam, what was I given? Foam! The level of rage I was harboring was level 10 As a former starbucks employee I hold other baristas to a higher standard. I'm paying for service and also make sure to tip. SMH i expect better!!!!

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to probably 100 locations. I ordered a Java chip Frappuccino and it looked like a glass of milk with a few chips floating in it. The staff couldn’t care less about what they are doing.

Fool me once

There was a big fat fruit fly living inside the pastry section. Told the employee and she didnt seem to care. The caramel frappuccino was awful. I literally took three sips just to ensure it wasnt my taste buds. It was unbearable and that I had to throw the entire drink away. What a piece of trash it was.
