Williston Coffee Shop deserves a huge shoutout for how thoughtfully they handle gluten-free options. When you order a gluten-free sandwich, they actually give you two sandwiches — which is such a refreshing change.
Anyone who eats gluten-free knows you usually pay more and get less, so I really appreciate it. On top of that, their coffee is always great. Delicious food, excellent coffee, and genuinely thoughtful service — small touches like this are what keep me coming back. Highly recommend! ☕🥪✨
