I ordered a turkey and bacon, pesto with sun-dried tomatoesPanini. It was ordered at 10:25 and I got it at 11:00 . I understand when people are busy I have no problem with that. The turkey was really so dry. There was only a little dab of pesto. I’m really not sure how they got the turkey so dry. I could not eat it. Their apple chai was very good

Omg. First off, this coffee shop has been open 16 years already. Incredible! The owner was working today, she's super nice. We ordered fancy mochas and they're DELICIOUS. The chairs are comfy, the bathroom is clean, the service was awesome. We drove out of our way to avoid Dunkin, and 100/100 totally worth it. It did take longer than I'd think it would to get my fancy coffee drink, but 'oh no' - I had to enjoy their adorable house plant atmosphere while I waited. Love love love.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way to Massachusetts, we always try to support local businesses, but this place made me wish we just went to a Dunkin instead. We stood in front of the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes before either barista even acknowledged our existence. (Mind you there was only two other customers in the cafe, one who already had their order, and a gentleman behind us waiting to order). At this point we really wanted to leave, but had already waited so long we ordered our breakfast anyways, and the guy behind us ended up getting his coffee and breakfast before us?? The coffee and food are average at best, and definitely not worth the wait.

Okay, maybe I'm biased because i'm a regular? But I love this place! The staff are so frickin' friendly, Karen is lovely, I've had great coffee, paninis, and pastries from here. Staff are very homely and happy to help with anything, everything is made quick, I've never had something bad from here. This tiny gem is one of the view good places to eat in Windsor, they make me feel like a friend. Whether I'm grabbing coffee before a long shift, rushing to get to school on time, or drawing at one of the tables- I love it here and happy to spend a couple more bucks for wonderful people, quality coffee, and liveable wages!

Really wanted to like this place but even their bagels are stale. I've tried a decent assortment of their pastries - muffins are quite dry from being days old and croissants are not crispy. Their coffee is good enough but expensive for the quality. Very confused about the high rating.

We’ve been going here for years. We’ve always been serviced by some of the wonderful younger employees. This particular time the owner was there. We ordered a rem dog to-go. The chili has always been put on the side— which makes sense considering it’s to-go… well we received the item and it was a big, soggy mess. We brought it back in and requested the chili to be put on the side, which is the way we’ve always received it before. While the owner remade it, she continuously made comments that pinned me to seem ungrateful for the amount of “extra” chili she put on it. And out of pettiness, our side container of chili has about a tablespoon of chili in it. Not only that, she blatantly degraded the young girl working with her about offering us a bag. Instead of just saying herself “would you like a bag?”. Don’t bother ordering the $4 cold foam for your coffee. It disintegrated before I was able to even drink it.
*we just got home and all she did was SCRAPE OFF THE OLD CHILI*

Nice place with some cool Sox memorabilia. Coffee is just okay. Giffords ice cream is the best 😁 but we didn't have any 😠

Went here on a trip from Ohio. Had probably the best coffee I've ever had in my life here. The food was also very delicious. Came here on a whim and ended up going 2 more times on the trip because we liked it that much.

The staff were friendly, and I had high hopes for this establishment, especially given my affection for Boston. Unfortunately, the coffee lacked strength and flavor. We ordered two flaky pastries and requested that they be warmed; however, they appeared to have been microwaved, resulting in a soft texture and a cold, flavorless center, making them inedible. My husband's everything bagel with eggs featured overcooked eggs, which also proved difficult to eat.
