Walked in on a whim today and was able to order a gluten free pizza! It was excellent, such nice and knowledgeable staff and great food. Happy to have GF options in Windsor!

The pizza was good. We got it with onions, olives, and mushrooms. Fried mozzarella cheese sticks were also good. The Caesar salad was adequate. I think it was a little bit busy over there since the local basketball game had just gotten out, which is why we were also there. There is a very bright arcade room which the kids were very interested in.

Pizza was good and looked good but a couple hours later I was puking up rubber balls of mozzarella that looked like actually rubber and it was disgusting felt awful do not go here

It's nothing fancy here, just order at the counter and seat yourself. I had the personal pizza, and although not the best I have ever had, it was quite good with a nice and chewy crust. This was perfect for a quick stop as I was passing through Windsor at lunchtime. Cheap and cheerful.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Chef in Windsor, VT several times before, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a large order that included a salad, mozzarella sticks, two small pizzas, a large chef pizza, and onion rings. The order time said it would be ready about 25 minutes earlier than when I actually received it, so I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes after arrival.
When I finally got my order home, I realized one of the pizzas was missing. I drove all the way back to pick it up, only to be given the wrong pizza instead. To make matters worse, by the time I tried to call and resolve the issue, the phones had been shut off.
I understand that mistakes can happen during busy times, but this was handled poorly from start to finish. Between the delay, the missing item, the incorrect replacement, and the lack of communication, it was a really frustrating experience for such a big order. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have to deal with the same situation

Chicken parm dinner and sub now the chicken is chopped? Why?? Oh so you can give less that’s why
Staff unfriendly, dominos is better tasting and quality and that’s pretty much trash as well

Had the sausage, green pepper & mushroom pizza & it was delicious! The crust was perfect & plenty of ingredients, including plenty of cheese on top!
We ordered online using their easy online ordering and picked it up.(20 mins away). It was ready when we got there. Nice fresh salad, delish hot not greasy pizza. So good we will be back!

Ever since the new owners the service and food have been terrible. On 3 different occasions we have ordered food and something was incorrect or made horrible. We ordered a spaghetti dinner that comes with a salad and garlic bread along with a small pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni mushroom onion calzone. Got home to no salad or garlic bread and the pizza was Hawaiian and the calzone had meatball and onions and peppers and mushroom. Called them, said they would remake it, drove back (20 minutes each way) to sit for another 40 minutes because they make the second order wrong too! Second time again did not include the salad with spaghetti but got bread, calzone was supposed to be pepperoni only had cheese in it. The most recent again ordered two different calzones and got home to two burnt calzones and we asked for extra sauce, and they did not add extra sauce. The previous owners we never had an issue.

We frequent Pizza Chef in Windsor a few times a year with usually great experiences. Tonight we ordered and made it all the way home before realizing there were a number of missing items which was disappointing. When I called to inquire, the immediately offered to re-make the order and have it available for me to pick up. Great customer service.
