We frequent Pizza Chef in Windsor a few times a year with usually great experiences. Tonight we ordered and made it all the way home before realizing there were a number of missing items which was disappointing. When I called to inquire, the immediately offered to re-make the order and have it available for me to pick up. Great customer service.
I’ve been coming to Pizza Chef since I was a kid. I always make a point to go in every time I come home to visit. I love the pizza. The service isn’t what it used to be since ownership changed. The new girl working tonight (7/29) was extremely passive aggressive and rude on multiple occasions. It was shocking how openly rude she was and was comfortable with it. Had to return here because the pizza and the service was so good last year when we were here during the same time period.
The service was definitely not good. We were there about 10 minutes before I went up to the bar to order. Bartender seemed to be really "distracted" (Maybe an off day?) . Finally came over to take our order and was extremely casual about it and then forgot to bring our drinks back until my wife caught his attention again.
