I was really looking forward to visiting this place and trying their cocktails and canned cocktails they advertise about but boy was I disappointed when I walked into this establishment. I was barely greeted by the only person (woman who was working there) in the place. The entire time I was there which was probably all of 5 mins, this woman acted like I was an inconvenience to her day the entire time. The place was eerily empty, barely any product, looked like a place going out of business to be honest. I tried both their whiskeys, they were alright and I think they also have vodka which I didn’t try but who likes to try warm vodka, not me. When I asked about canned cocktails, the woman said “oh we don’t have those right now.” and then when I asked if they would be getting more, she said “Oh I don’t know, maybe the 1st of the year.” How does a business not know when they’re getting their main product in? It doesn’t make sense, not sure if this place is struggling or not but you would think if the one person that walks in to give you business would be treated with an ounce of professionalism and/or respect. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Neat distillery with some unique spirits like lavender vodka among others. The maple syrup whiskey is amazing. They also offer unique cocktails like strawberry vodka lemonade. The pleasant lady from Dublin was very welcoming and a convincing sales person. Neat set up inside and also has a variety of nice seating options outside. Plenty of parking in adjacent lot.

I with my wife Michele own Lavender Essentials of Vermont. We are the the sole supplier of lavender for their vodka. ANN THE OWNER is a business person that doesn't honor her agreement s and doesn't like to pay her bills. We have had a very difficult time getting paid for product and we were promised a a pleasant mention on her label as a working partner, , she didn't honor that either. So in short Silo is a horrible business with bad ethics .

The Silo Distillery place was very welcoming and warm. I could see events being held there. However, the liquor itself was a little less than fantastic. The liquor had a VERY alcohol forward taste, almost like rubbing alcohol and didn't sit nicely on the taste buds. I am not sure I would visit again unfortunately.

So here’s the deal. We love your vodka- have a bottle in my freezer, have given a number of bottles as gifts . We stopby on occasion for a Bloody Mary and have never been disappointed….until today, a beautiful 60 degree late fall afternoon. Ordered 2 Bloody Mary’s - they were poured in small, generic, red wine glasses and no garnish- zero-no lemon, lime , olives - all out of garnishes ????? and charged $13 each . We drank them and then went home and made a proper Bloody Mary with my Silo Vodka.
A great location and atmosphere. Spirits were good in the mixed drinks we got, but I'd say it was a stretch to call them 'cocktails'. Flavored whiskey and some apple cider for $13 felt rather expensive. Menu also seemed limited, especially when they have a large selection of bitters for sale.I stopped by after a visit to Harpoon across the plaza and I don't think I'd go again.

The man working at the farmers market today was so rude. He ignored us while we waited in line to hear about the product offerings to have a conversation with a friend he knew and ring her up for some products when she cut the line of people waiting. Poor customer service. I would never spend a dime on your product. Grow some customer service skills.
