Cozy 50s era stainless diner. Arrived on a Saturday at noon during peak leaf season, one table open, prompt service, we each got corned beef Reubens which were just like the ones I make at home, thick hand cuts of beef on fresh rye bread, hot and delicious! Fries appeared to be cut on the premises, not the frozen pre cooked ones. 100% recommend and will seek this establishment out on a return trip.
A stereotypical non-renovated diner in a small town. Sitting on a drop off hill with Vermont mountains in the back, walked in to smiling and friendly faces and decor that hasn't been changed since it opened probably. A lot of locals who the waitresses know and conversate with. I personally loved the experience. Also all you can eat fish fry on Thursdays seems to be a hit.
People in these reviews have no idea what they're talking about. Service was great, very nice, very personable, and very expected of a kind of old style home town diner, which is wonderful. And the food was really good, my partner is extremely picky about turkey clubs and this was the favorite they've had out of at least a few dozen other diners. I seriously don't understand how anyone wouldn't like this place it's got great food and the right vibe.
