What a hidden gem! The Red Fox has been revamped, re-energized and the best version of its old self. The new owners came in a few years ago and have made it legendary once again. The location is so great, at the bottom of the mountain, with plenty of parking. The Fox is amazing, plenty of room upstairs by the fireplace or downstairs at the bar with live music. Great, easy menu, kid friendly, and the staff is great. Next time, I will book rooms at the Inn next door. I cannot think of a better way to end the day skiing, than come back to the fox, have an easy parking spot, walk across to the restaurant and sit by the fire with a beer! The ultimate ski weekend for a family or group of freinds

Honestly not worth it. Atmosphere is cool and if you're going for a drink it's ok but don't bother on a Friday or Saturday. Food is ok but service is brutal. The kitchen can't keep up with crowds and the staff just doesn't care. Usual tourist trap.

We have been coming to the Red Fox for years, and were honored to be the first wedding for the reboot of Red Fox. They did an amazing job, everyone was raving about how wonderful it was. The ambience was great, everything went without a hitch. Jenny and her team made sure our special day couldn’t have been more fantastic. Our family stayed at the rooms, and they were one of the best places to stay in the area. We are fortunate to have a ski house down the road and we are also regulars at the tavern. Welcome back Red Fox, we are thrilled to have you back.

We ate at the restaurant. Everything we ate was delicious. Bill was a gracious host. We had the tomato soup, Brussel sprouts, winter salad with Salmon. All were great. We would have had some dessert as well but the 5 very loud, very drunk guys behind made us want to get out of there as fast as we could. The management should have said something to them. Just because they were drinking a ton and spending a lot on booze it doesn't make it okay to disturb everyone else in the restaurant

Wonderful spot! The new owners have done such a great job in updating this gem.The staff is super friendly and great fresh food. The menu continues to grow each time we go. Burgers, flatbreads, salads and the foxy tails are super! Truly beautiful setting.
