What's the deal with the cold food? I know the health department wants your hot food to be 140 degrees. Today there was nobody ahead of me and a relatively empty parking lot, so I would've thought my food would be hot and fresh. My burger was so cold that the cheese never melted. The bacon was super cold--like fresh out of the refrigerator cold. I don't go to BK often, but every time I do, my food is COLD. I've never had this problem at any other fast food restaurant. I've been sitting in the drive thru since 5:40 pm,it's 6:25pm and I'm still waiting here and stuck in line. worst experience with burger king ever. y'all owe me a hand written apology
