Overall the restaurant was clean except for 2 tables nearest the door. An employee walked out with a customer who was apparently placing an order on her phone. When I walked by I said good food here, and the employee in the black shirt responded distainly,"really? Here?" When our order was called, our 2nd drink was forgotten along with a dessert. The. The Whopper was cold ❄️ so we had them remake it. When left, the cold burger was still on the front counter. Compared to my first visit, this visit was not wanting me to come back again.

Came through the drive through at about 6pm tonight (01/14/2024). All of my food was over cooked, dry, and barely warm. The only exception to this was the fries which were hot and seemed fresh.To add to this disappointing visit, there was a female working that was very loudly cursing up a storm. This isn’t a great practice when you can hear them from the drive through speaker and windows, especially when the customer has a car full of toddlers.

If you're vegetarian/vegan and like impossible burgers, this location has consistently cooked the patties correctly every time I've ordered. So not undercooked making the texture/taste weird. Almost every time it has had a char! Also I got stuck in a drive through waiting for a doordash order to pick up and I wasn't going to make it by closing to pick up my online order. Called and they said no problem, cause they'll be around for closing duties. Saw me pull in and ran my order out to me after closing. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks yall!Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is the main vegetarian/vegan option aside from sides.

We first thought they were closed, ordered $45+ of food. 4 whoppers 2 no onion 2 large fries and a large drink. The ONLY fresh thing was the fries. My regular whoppers were served cold and on stale buns. I ate one the second was so stale I couldn't bite it. Do better burger king!!!

The employees besides one at this location were extremely unprofessional. I was there to pick up an order for a delivery and all they could do the entire time was complain about how a terrible that service is. Never once said hello to me or anything just complained about it the entire time. I'll make sure to never give this location any money and I happen to like Burger King too so this really sucks. Worst part is I'm pretty sure it was management that was doing the complaining because they had a bad experience with the delivery service
I had never sat in a fast food drive thru for over 30 minutes until I came here for the first time in 25 years. Get it together.

I just had an awful experience on 27/Sep/2023 with several missing items from a meal and a belligerent and extremely disrespectful employee cursed at me and called me a liar. This is beyond unprofessional. Save your money and dignity by going anywhere else that would fix a mistake rather than verbally abuse a customer. Should be 0 stars.

This particular Burger King is much cleaner than most of the ones I've been to. I appreciate that! They also have a value menu. There is a play area for young children, and the server was polite.Kid-friendliness: Indoor children play area

The drive thru was busy and we had pull in front to wait for our food but when they brought it out the gal was very apologetic and said the had to start new burgers for our order. The food was hot and fresh.

Went there yesterday at night and the lady was very rude and kept making rude comments and looks saying she wasn't doing that or this and going on about personal problems we shouldn't have to hear trying to order our food then forgot a large onion ring which shouldn't take long to make after we got our first part of the food and kept waiting then she forgot we even ordered more stuff which I had to keep showing her again and again so we had to wait more so I mean the food was decent but makes me not want to est here anymore it's like this everytime.
