when I went we were not greeted at all so as even looked at, there were 2 people in front of us saying the 2 ladies working has not even greeted them yet either we waited for 20 minutes without even getting served yet. There was a McDonalds right next to it which we went to and got greeted right away unlike this disgusting and mediocre place. If I could give it negative stars I would 100% .

Did drive thru and they didn’t give back my credit card and when I realized they didn’t give it back. It was my fault for leaving it there. So I would suggest to do cash on if you have to go to this location

I’ve been to this establishment before many times, as it is the only DQ in the area, and I have NEVER had any decent experiences. 4/4/25 I ordered a large fry and a small blue raspberry float. I got my float and was told to pull into the parking lot and wait for my fries. As I waited, I ate my ice cream. I found a bug in my cup! I went inside after finding it. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes in the parking lot for my fries at this point and was very annoyed. I got a refund but was treated like garbage. The place is disgusting. Manager is very disrespectful.

Very frustrated after going to this Dairy Queen tonight. We arrived at the drive thru around 9:30 and the gal who helped us (green hair with hexagon glasses) was rude, didn’t read our order back to us. When we got to the window she took our cash, didn’t give us accurate change, didn’t give us a receipt and missed one of the items on our list. We waited in the drive thru for ten minutes at the window after she took our cash. Just overall not a great experience.
