The employees were a little dry, didn't ask how I was, or even said, have a good day, but the food was good

I paused about even leaving a review as the Manager Christine said I could call the Owners and they won't care. She can do whatever she wants because she is the Manager. Here is what happened though. Coming back from aa week at the beach. Had an amazing family vacation. My 5 year old wanted DQ. She is Autistic and doesn't ask for much so ok. We order. Get our food. She starts choking on a fry. Not life or death. But having a hard time. Needs water. I go to ask for a cup. She is taking an order. I wait. Then ask for a cup. She says did you even order. Yes. I need a water cup. She walks off. I think for a cup. No. She is making an ice cream cone for someone else. So I ask the drive thru person. She says the cups are on the table. I explain we do not have a water cup. She says she will get it when she is done. I then say my Autistic daughter is choking can I please have a cup for water. She proceeds to tell me to wait or she will throw me out. I say whatever you need to do but I need my child mot to choke. Someone else hands me a cup. I think we are done. I hear her just talking trash about me. About how I should be prepared it's not her problem my child is disabled. My older child is upset. Because at this point I very clearly ask her what her problem is. I get my daughter her water. My Husband gets to go bags and I walk to the outside. Take a picture of the sign with the Owners number. She then follows me and tells me I can call anyone I want. But she is the Manager and they won't call me back. They don't care. This is all before I have even had a bite of my food. Which by the time we get back on the road I realize is disgusting. Git the BBQ chicken strip. They were both burnt and raw? Didn't say anything because at this point it would sound like I was complaining to complain. Then my Husband tries his. Spits it out and says what the... so it wasn't just me. Even then I was looking inward and trying to figure out what I had done to offend her. Was I to assertive? Bec6when it comes to my youngest I am extremely defensive and I do go from zero to panic as we have had some very serious safety issues with her. But she was being absolutely amazing. She just has trouble swallowing occasionally which is pretty common in autism. Christine has said to me how was she supposed to know she was one of those when she doesn't look like one? One what? I think I know what she meant. Because my daughter has level one Autism. But level 3 eloper. To be clear though, we don't need her to only give water to handicapped children. She had to pass the water cups to get to the ice cream machine. Made sure to make the single cup of soft serve as slowly as possible staring at me with a f you scowl the entire time. Accused me of trying to get free water for my child and not order anything. Even though we had just spent over 40.00 on fast food. I wasn't going to write a review of my horrifying experience. Then I saw the hundreds over other reviews about the awful service they got here .Kid-friendliness: Was openly annoyed by my oldest trying to tell then she just rode a horse. Refused to provide a water cup to my disabled child. Stated "she doesn't look like one of them." Then threatened to throw us out terrifying my children because I asked for a water cup. Truly awful and very upsetting for both of my children. My youngest tried to hide under the booth because she was to loud and mean.

It's just fast food, as can be expected. Prices are really getting to the point where it's time to rethink going there while we travel.

Waited 7 minutes infront of window for 2 fries and 2 burgers. Food was cold and teenage employees were goofing around instead of working. Asked for no pickles and no mustard and still received it. Employees are lazy, incompetent and rude. They need better training watched them struggle for 2 minutes to pack 4 items in a bag while they were laughing. Never coming here again.

Ordered 6 piece honey bbq chicken strips. Price on board said 11.49 got charged way more and manager refused to fix. I'm going to contest with my credit card company now. Called corporate office for help, hot voicemail and no reply. Avoid this scam of a store. See pictures for

Cone was stal and fries soggy. Maybe it was just a bad night or normal staff was out. Very disappointing none the less.

We ordered 6 meals and only got 4 also asked for extra gravy and got zero gravy. The lady at the window looked to be in her teens she was very aggressive and rude. We couldn’t even talk to her because she kept slamming the window after handing us everything. She also basically threw our straws and spoons at us (while doing that she dropped some out her window) Just terrible the whole time. Felt super uncomfortable.

I used to get only the chicken strip basket whenever I would go to a Dairy Queen, but for the past many years it has begun to taste cheaper and cheaper. I miss when you could actually see the butter on the toast, when the chicken strips weren't flat, and the fries weren't a single soggy potato nest. Why 4 stars though? The burgers. I don't know how, but they manage to make, in my opinion, the best nationwide fast food chain burgers. And I'm only counting ones that are literally all over the country, not like Sam's that has like 10 places around Nashville or something. The burgers have actual char on them and it's great. The ice cream is great, and if you are only coming for that, it's hard to go wrong.I have yet to catch someone not doing the Blizzard flip in my just over 2 decades of going there. One of you has to slip up one day, and when that happens... I probably won't ask for a free Blizzard because that seems rude. Give them a break! Fast food work is hard! You won't catch me giving them grief!

An upgraded Dairy Queen if you ask me. Complete with Dilly Bars.

Gross store that needs a good clean up. My order was wrong and not good. Super disappointed. Bad representation of a national brand. HQ needs to send someone to this DQ.The health department also needs to come in and review with staff that there hands Shou be washed BEFORE they touch anything on the line onstead if walking in, putting there purse somewhere near the front register and then getting herself some soft serve. Disgusting.
