Overall experience was terrible. Being the only ones in the place, we had to wait ~15 mins to place the order, and another ~15 to get the food (not hot enough). The place was dirty: the restroom too dirty to be used, the cups for the soda dirty, we asked to be replaced but got other dirty ones. There’s no diet soda, only a few options in the machine.
You need food? Go somewhere else.

Lady was too busy on her phone and was in a bad mood. I wanted to just turn around and leave. I had asked for no onions and of course i got onions. Food was also lukewarm and the buns were stale and hard. Was not impressed at all.

It ain't Montery Jacks First off the prices are through the stratosphere! The portions were miniscule, the flavor atrocious. Onion rings soggy, fries are cold. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was a child's chicken nugget. The burger, I managed to choke down partially. It was sloppy and old. The taco I almost was able to recognize. But even it wasn't the same. Everything about Jack in the box has changed and not for the better. Quality is non-existent. I will never well never order from, can't say that I ate it, this fast food chain again.
The young lady working is the joints only savior. She was extremely nice.

If you use the mobile app, call the restaurant AHEAD of time. I checked Google and it showed that Jack in the Box was open at 12:30am, so I made my order through the app to pick up ahead of time. It went through just fine and I recieved a confirmation number in my email. I drive there and there are cones blocking off the drive-thru. So I drive through to the front. They are completely closed. I called to verify, as it went to voicemail. Issue is...the app did indeed charge and take from my card so I'm out of a decent chunk of change and a late night meal for 4.

Jack in the Box has a cheap budget menu, and the service is good. The food is sub-par. The main benefit is easily the budget menu, and the 24-hour service.

Pulled up at 2:49 am on 10/26 to this 24 hour Jack in the box. All the lights were on it was clearly open, saw the workers inside when we pulled up to the drive through but the workers told us they were closed and wouldn't give us any explanation why this 24 hour jack in the box was closed.
