Ordered online via the KFC menu and tried to redeem a free 8 piece tender I was offered, but it didn't go thru properly. Luckily the manager Lisa was beyond kind enough to understand the mix up, and added in the 8 piece anyway. 😭❤️ Food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly as ordered. Thank you!

My son and I went late at night. The young man working drive thru told us they needed to cook the sandwich we ordered. We were ok with that and pulled to the side and waited. When we got our food and drove away we realized the fries were old.

It's always too cold in this store. Wear a coat if you are dining in. Service is hit and miss. Food is usually quite good. I keep returning. Usually monthly. Bathroom is clean. There are usually some really good specials. Today the biscuits were overcooked. Sometimes they are undercooked. Sometimes they mess up my order. There's a girl there, I think her name is Rebecca, she's the best! Always gets it right and very friendly.

I had a very lovely experience. I walked into lobby and automatically the employees were very kind and welcoming. It was very clean. They were speedy with their food production. The food was immaculate. They made sure I had everything in my order asked me if there was anything else they could get for me. And they wished me a good day as I was leaving
